Riverside Restaurant, at InterContinental Adelaide, will be transformed as part of the week long Malaysian Food Festival, which runs from September 25th to October 2nd inclusive.
For just $65 per person indulge in the Malaysian themed buffet dinner and enjoy the Asian food spectacle as our guest chefs, Mohd Afifi and Norhayati Binti Parjan especially flown to Adelaide from Malaysia, prepare traditional dishes at their live cooking stations.
Riverside Restaurant will be themed for the food festival, with beautiful Asian inspired flower arrangements, traditional decorations, music and an authentic rickshaw adding a real Malaysian flavour!
Laurent Pommey, Executive Chef at InterContinental Adelaide, comments “Malaysian cuisine is heavily influenced by the food of other countries including Chinese, and Indian as well as the native Malay or Peranakan style of cooking.
Hosting the chefs from Malaysia allows the hotel to provide the most authentic dishes and demonstrates the InterContinental’s global heritage.
