1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry. Participation in this promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry.

The promotion is open to Australian residents only. Employees of the Promoter and ACP Magazines Ltd and their immediate families, and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Only one entry per person will be permitted.
3. The promotional period commences 20th September
and closes 5pm (AEDT) 17th November 2010. This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged, based on literary and creative merit and originality. The promotion will be judged by a panel of judges, appointed by the promoter. There is only one winner across the two magazines, madison and Harper’s Bazaar. The winner will be notified by phone and mail using contact details provided in their entry. The judging of entries will take place at the Promoters premises and will begin at 11am on Friday 26th November 2010.
4. Participants may enter the promotion by logging onto madisonmag.com.au/springracing or harpersbazaar.com.au/springracing and following the prompts to enter the promotion. Enter as follows: Tell us in 25 words or less, “why your favourite Thomas Sabo range defines your race day style?” Also tell us your full name, address, email, and daytime telephone number. Submit your completed entry as instructed.
5. The best entry, will win the jewellery in accordance to their favourite look, (“A Chance of Encounter”; “Grace & Sensuality” or “Carried Away by Romance”) as determined by the judges will be deemed the winner and will receive their respective prize as follows:

Combined prize pool is $2,225, however only one “look” will be given away, total prize value is dependent on which “look” is chosen by the winner. Selection of items included in prize (including but not limited to colours, size, design, style, brand etc) will be determined by the Promoter in its complete discretion.
6. Entries not completed in accordance with the rules and conditions or received after the closing date will not be considered. Indecipherable or incomplete entries will be deemed invalid. The judges’ decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into.
7. Prize valued in Australian dollars. Prize values are the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and are correct at time of publishing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize. Prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
