Group – The Future is Wild Competition
1. There is one method of entry for this competition.

To enter, entrants must log onto the Nickelodeon website (www.nickelodeon.com.au) and
either; 1) Register their Nick Name and Password by providing the following information;
First name, Last name, Address, State, Postcode, Date of birth, whether they are a girl or
a boy, their email address, and some other optional information; or 2) If the entrant has
previously registered their details they are only required to enter their Nick Name and
Password in order to enter the competition. All children should ask their parent or
guardian before entering the competition or providing any personal information.3) Kids must then tell us in 25 words or less ‘Why you think you should win?’

Entry is open only to kids aged 5 - 15 years as at 26/9/2010 who are Australian residents.Employees and immediate families of Nickelodeon Australia, Sydney Attraction Group
and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
3. Sydney Attraction Group – The Future is Wild Competition commences from 26/9/2010 at
9am and
entries close 23/10/2010 at 11:59pm. Entries received after the closing date will
not be eligible to enter.
4. The competition will be judged on Monday, 25th October 2010 and the most creative entry
as selected by the judges after consideration will be deemed the winner. The next five
most creative entries as selected by the judges after consideration will be deemed the
runners up.
5. The competition is a game of skill.
6. The judging will be held at Nickelodeon offices, 5 Thomas Holt Drive, North Ryde, NSW
2113.
7. (a)

(c) Total competition prize value is: $1,350.008. The winners will be notified by phone, mail or email. All reasonable efforts will be taken to
contact prize winners. If the promoter is unable to contact any prize winner after
reasonable efforts it may select the next most creative entry as selected by the judges.
9. The winners of the prizes (listed in point 7) must be children aged between the ages of 5-
15 years. The promoter reserves the right to refuse participation if it reasonably believes a
child does not fit within this age.
10. No responsibility will be taken by the Promoter for late or lost entries.
11. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. The Promoter accepts no
responsibility for any variation in the value of the prizes. The Promoter reserves the right
to substitute any prize for an item of similar value.
12. The value of the major prize is the maximum value of prizes the major prize winner can
claim.
13. Each prize winner must provide proof of identity upon collection of the prize that matches
the details on the winning entry form. In the event that a prize winner is unable to provide
proof of identity, that prize winner’s legal guardian must show proof of identification in
their place.
14. The Promoter and its promotional partners reserve the right to use any winner’s name,
voice, likeness and winning competition entry for advertising and publicity purposes in any
media in perpetuity without additional compensation.
15. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any additional costs that may be associated
with any prize, any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited
to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a
result of the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
16. All prize winners and other children participating in the acceptance of any prize (if
applicable) will need to provide Nickelodeon with a letter from their parent or guardian
giving express permission for them to participate.
17. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, disaster or cancellation, the promoter
reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
18. The Judge’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
19. All entries become the property of Nickelodeon Australia and may be used for and their
promotional partners promotional purposes. By entering the competition, each entrant
consents to their personal information being entered on to a database.
