For the first time outside of the USA, the Seattle-based Couchfest brings its unique program of open-minded short films to Australia, exclusive to Cinema Nova.
Equal parts awkward and awesome, this is a special selection of films from the 2009
festival in which moviegoers enjoyed films presented in strangers' living rooms. Couchfest was founded by Seattle filmmaker Craig Downing in 2008 with the goal of sharing a love of film in an unpretentious environment.
Featuring shorts from the USA, Australia, Germany, England, Sweden and Spain, Craig has picked his favourites for Aussie viewers to now enjoy at Cinema Nova.
