18/10/2010 at 5pm. All times will be based on Sydney local time. The draw
will take place at The Sound Alliance, 5/113 Reservoir Street, Surry Hills,
NSW 2010 on the 18/10/2010 at 10am. Winners will be notified by mail.
Winners’ names (of prizes valued at over $250) will be published on
www.fasterlouder.com.au and any Victorian winners (of prizes valued at over
$250) will have their name published in The Australian within 14 days of the
draw date. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be
entered into.
7. The first valid entry drawn will receive an “Clare Bowditch Members Gig
Prize” valued at up to $900 depending on point of departure. The Clare
Bowditch Gig Prize is a trip for two (2) adults including return economy

airfares from the winners’ nearest capital city to Sydney, two (2) tickets to see
Clare Bowditch perform live at Virgin Mobile Metro on 23/10/2010 including a
VIP meet and greet of the band with free catering and a free drink, one (1)
night accommodation at a 4 star hotel.
8. The Clare Bowditch Members Gig – Virgin Mobile Metro ticket prizes are
subject to the event venue and ticket terms and conditions, including any
applicable age restriction. The Promoter and event organizers hereby
expressly reserve the right to eject any winner (and/or any companion) for any
inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to intoxication, whilst
participating in any element of the prize. The winner (and any companion) will
be responsible for their own transport to and from the event venue and any
costs associated.
9. If the winner of any prize is under the age of 18 years, the winner must
provide the Promoter with written consent from their parent or guardian to be
awarded the prize.
10. If any prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the
right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification,
subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
