Conditions
1.Information on how to enter and details of the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions (Conditions). Participation in the COON Indies Slice Of Cash Promotion (Promotion) is deemed to be an acceptance of these Conditions.
2.Promotion is open to Australian residents. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, the Promoter’s associated companies, participating retailers and their agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to participate. Entrants under the age of 18 must have parental/guardian approval to enter and the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to all of the Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of their consent to their minor entering this Promotion.
3.The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process, including but not limited to, by using techniques designed to avoid payment of call costs or by using techniques designed to avoid purchasing Promotion Products by making a Prize claim with stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with Promotion Products or Product Barcodes, or for submitting an entry which is otherwise not in accordance with these Conditions. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
4.Promotion commences 12.00am AEDST on 4 October 2010 and closes 11.59pm AEDST on 28 November 2010 (Promotion Period).
How to Enter
5.To be eligible to enter, individuals must, during the Promotion Period:
(a) purchase one (1) of the COON sliced products listed below (Promotion Product) from any participating IGA outlet (Participating Stores):

(b) (Online Entry) log on to the website www.naturallycoon.com.au, follow the links to the promotional pages and fully complete the online entry form, by providing your first name, last name, post code, date of birth, telephone number, email address, purchased Product Barcode, Store Receipt number and any additional information as required by the Promoter. REMEMBER you must retain your Product Barcode and original store receipt from the participating store as proof of purchase and to validate your entry. 6.Individuals can submit multiple entries. Limit of one entry per household per day. 7.Each Promotion Product may only be used once to enter the Promotion. Any entry containing a Product Barcode that has been used more than once to enter the Promotion will be deemed invalid.
8.There are three Major Prizes to be won. Limit of one Major Prize per household (excluding South Australia). Winners of Major Prizes are eligible to win Minor Prizes and vice versa, as per clause 14.
9.Product Barcodes that contain errors and cannot be recognised by the Promoter will not be accepted. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s absolute discretion.
10.Any entry that is lodged by automatic, repetitive, robotic, programmed or similar entry methods or agents, including the use of a competition entry service will void and invalidate all entries from that entrant.
11.Entrants are responsible for the costs associated with accessing the website via an Internet Service Provider. There is no additional cost to enter the Promotion other than the cost to access the Internet site via an Internet Service Provider.
12.All entries are deemed to be received by the Promoter at the time of receipt into the Promoter's database and not at the time of transmission by the entrant.
How Winners are Determined
13.The Major Prize draw will be conducted at 12.00 midday (AEDST) on 30 November 2010 at Prime Focus, Suite 104, 55 Beach Street, Port Melbourne, Victoria 3207. The first three valid entries randomly drawn during the Major Prize draw will each win a Major Prize.
14.One Minor Prize draw will be conducted daily at 12.00 midday (AEDST) starting 5 October 2010 and ending 29 November 2010 (inclusive). Draws will be conducted at Prime Focus, Suite 104, 55 Beach Street, Port Melbourne, Victoria 3207. Draws to be held on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday will be conducted on the next business day. The first valid entry randomly drawn in each Minor Prize draw will win a Minor Prize. Minor Prize winners will remain eligible for the Major Prize.
Notification of Winners
15.All provisional winners will be notified by telephone within two (2) days of the relevant draw. The provisional winners must provide the Promoter with their address when contacted via telephone, to enable the Promoter to notify the winner in writing.
16.All provisional winners will be required to send the Promoter a photocopy of their original eligible purchase receipt and their Product Barcode to a reply paid address for verification purposes to claim their prize. Failure to provide the proof of purchase as set out for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter; result in invalidation of ALL of that entrant’s entries. 17.The names of all Major Prize winners will be published in The Australian on 17 December 2010.
Prizes
18.The Prizes are:
(a) (Major Prize) There are a total of three Major prizes to be won. Each Major Prize is a $5,000 pre-loaded COON branded Cash Card. Total Prize pool valued at AUD$15,000.
(b) (Minor Prizes) There are a total of fifty-six Minor Prizes to be won. Each Minor Prize is a $100 pre-loaded COON branded Cash Card. The total value of all Minor Prizes is AUD$5,600
Cash Card Prize conditions include: The Promoter is not liable for delay or damage in delivery of pre-loaded COON branded Cash Cards (Debit Cards). The Debit Cards should be treated like cash; lost or stolen Debit Cards will not be replaced or refunded. The Debit Card cannot be redeemed for cash or used to withdraw cash at an ATM or EFTPOS facility. The Debit Card cannot be re‐loaded with additional funds. The Debit Card can be used for purchases anywhere in Australia where EFTPOS is accepted by selecting the savings button and entering the PIN number. Debit Cards are partially redeemable, any unused balance existing after the card expires will not be refunded or credited, nor will any compensation be provided. The Debit Card expires twelve (12) months from date of issue. When the cost of redemption exceeds the Debit Card balance, the cardholder will be required to pay the difference between the purchase price and the Debit Card balance. 19.The total Prize pool is valued at AUD$20,600.Unclaimed Prize Draw
20.The Promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize draw at 12.00pm AEDST on 25 February 2011 at Prime Focus, Suite 104, 55 Beach Street, Port Melbourne Victoria 3207 as is necessary to award any unclaimed prize or to distribute any Prize awarded to a winner whose entry has been deemed invalid pursuant to these Conditions, subject to any directions from a relevant regulatory authority. All valid entries received during the Promotion Period (other than those relating to a winner whose entry is deemed invalid according to these Conditions) will be eligible to win any unclaimed Prize. The first valid entry drawn for each unclaimed Prize will win that prize.
21.All provisional winners of the unclaimed prize draw, if any, will be notified by telephone within two [2] days of the draw. The provisional winners must provide the Promoter with their address when contacted via telephone, to enable the Promoter to notify the winner in writing.
22.All provisional winners will be required to send the Promoter a photocopy of their original eligible purchase receipt and their Product Barcode to a reply paid address for verification purposes to claim their prize. 23.The winner/s of any unclaimed prize/s, awarded in the unclaimed prize draw will be published in the Australian on 11 March 2011.
General Conditions
24.Prizes will be delivered only in Australia. Please allow 28 days for delivery. Promoter accepts no responsibility for late delivery.
25.If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
26.The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
27.If a Prize is won by a person under the age of 18, the Prize will be awarded to the winner's parent or guardian on their behalf.
28.Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
29.If this promotion is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the offer, as appropriate.
30.Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; and any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of or in relation to the promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of or in relation to the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these terms and conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by an entrant; or (f) use of a prize.
31.All claims and entries become the property of the Promoter.
32.By entering this Promotion, each entrant consents to the Promoter using the entrant’s personal information to administer the Promotion and announce the winners and disclosing the entrant’s personal information to organisations that assist the Promoter with administering the Promotion and announcing the winners, and to third parties as required by law (including authorities that regulate this Promotion). By entering into this Promotion, each entrant also consents to their personal information being used by the Promoter for future marketing and promotional purposes (other than marketing or promoting via email). The Promoter is bound by the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
