COMPETITION COMMENCES THURSDAY 4th NOVEMBER, 2010 AND ENDS TUESDAY 30th NOVEMBER, 2010

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1. This information on how to enter the competition form part of the conditions of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed
acceptance of these conditions.
2. The promoter is Terry White Management Pty Ltd. ABN 38 136 833 620.
3. Subject to the condition in clause 4, all customers who spend $25 or more in store, in one transaction (excluding prescriptions
and scheduled medications), between Thursday 4th November, 2010 and Tuesday 30th November, 2010 are entitled to enter
into the draw to win $1000 cash.

4. To enter, eligible customers must go online to www.terrywhitechemists.com.au/wincash, fill in the online entry form (including
contact details and receipt number for entry verification purposes) and submit.

5. To be valid, all fields on the online entry form must be complete, and a receipt number must be supplied that complies with the
conditions in Clause 3 above. Incomplete and unintelligible entries will not be eligible. Only one entry is allowed per receipt with
a value of $25 or over (excluding prescriptions and scheduled medications).

6. Entry is only open to Australian residents. Employees (and their immediate families) of the promoter, agencies and retail sponsors
associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

7. The competition commences on Thursday 4th November, 2010 and closes COB Tuesday 30th November, 2010. Entries received
after this time will not be included in the competition.
8. The prize is $1000 cash, which will be awarded to one winner only.
9. The prize draw will take place at Terry White Management Pty Ltd: Ground Floor, 50 Park Road, Milton, Queensland, Australia
at 4pm on the 1st December 2010.
10. The winner will be notified by telephone the day after the draw. The promoter will continue to attempt to contact the winner until
5.00pm on the day which is 7 days after the draw. If the promoter is unable to contact them, a re-draw will be conducted at the
same place as the original draw on the day that is 8 days after the original draw.
11. The draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable.
13. All entries become the property of the promoter. The promoter collects the personal information on the entry form provided
by entrants in the competition for the purpose of the competition. By entering the competition, each entrant acknowledges a
further primary purpose of collection of entrants personal information is for direct marketing, to contact entrants with marketing
information and to market improve and add to products and services that may be of interest to entrants. The promoter may
share information with third parties who provide services to the promoter. By entering the competition and opting in at the point
of entry into the competition, each entrant agrees that the promoter may use the entrant’s personal information in this way.
