2. Entry into this promotion is open to all Australian residents aged 13 years and over. Entrants under the age of 18 must obtain the prior permission of a parent or guardian over the age of 18 to enter. Employees of mcm media and their immediate families, associated agencies of mcm media and companies associated with the promotion are not eligible to enter the promotion. Any person who within 365 days prior to the day on which the promotion first commenced has won a prize in value which is greater than or equal to $100 from another mcm media promotion is not eligible to enter.
3. To enter the promotion, Entrants are required to go to

The participant will then be asked to register their details. Entrants will be required to leave their details including name, date of birth, address, phone number and e-mail address. One complete and valid registration will provide the entrant one entry in the draw.
4. Incomplete, incorrect and incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid.
5. Only one complete online registration will be accepted per day (midnight to midnight) from the same person. Multiple registrations in the same day will not provide multiple entries. Any participant who completes more than one online registration form per person, per day (midnight until midnight) will have all entries apart from their original entry on that day deemed invalid.
6. After successfully completing an online registration and confirming that they have read, accepted and understood these terms and conditions, participants will then be given the opportunity to "Refer A Friend" by sending their friend an e-mail that contains a hyperlink to the promotion. The participant will receive one (1) entry (subject to successful completion of the game and all entry requirements) into the draw for each referred friend who enters by clicking on the hyperlink. A limit applies of one (1) entry into the draw per friend referred. Incomplete, incorrect or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. The refer-a-friend must be a person that the entrant has an existing relationship with and any spam or referrals using their own details will be disqualified. The Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for any entries not received or included for any reason, including due to technical or other failure.

8. The cost of accessing the promotional website will be dependent on the entrant?s individual Internet Service Provider and the responsibility of the entrant.
9. The competition commences on Monday 22 November 2010 at 12:00pm (AEDT) and registration commences at this time. All registrations must be received by 12:00pm (AEDT) on Friday 24 December 2010.
10. The draw will take place at the premises of Beinteractive Pty Ltd, Level 8, 155 George Street Sydney NSW 2000 at 11:30am (AEDT) on Tuesday 4 January 2011. The winners will be notified in writing and the Major winner will have their details published in the public notices section of The Australian Newspaper on Tuesday 11 January 2011.
11. The Promoter shall conduct such further draws as may be necessary at 11:30am (AEST) at Beinteractive Pty Ltd, Level 8, 155 George Street Sydney NSW 2000 on Monday 4 April 2011 to distribute any Prizes unclaimed by that date subject to State Regulation. Any winners will be notified in writing and winners of prizes over $250 will have their details published in The Australian Newspaper on Monday 11 April 2011.
12. Major Prizes: There will be one (1) x major prize winner. The major prize winner will receive AUD$5,000 cash awarded in the form of a cheque, 1 signed copy of The Twilight Saga Eclipse novel by Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner valued at a maximum of $29.95 and 1 signed copy of The Twilight Saga New Moon The Official Illustrated Movie Companion by Kristen Stewart & Taylor Lautner valued at a maximum of $29.95. Plus a copy of The Twilight Saga Eclipse DVD valued at $39.95.
The total major prize pool is valued at a maximum of $5099.85
13. Runner Up Prizes: There will be 100 x runner up prize winners. The runner up winners will each receive The Twilight Saga Eclipse DVD valued at $39.95.
The total runner up prize pool is valued at a maximum of $3995.00
14. The total prize pool is valued at a maximum of $9094.85
15. Only one prize per household will be awarded (SA residents are entitled to win more than one prize).
16. Prize winners are advised that tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of that prize
17. In consideration for the Promoter awarding the prize to the winner, the winner hereby assigns to the Promoter all right, title and interest in and to all copyright in any material created pursuant to the winner?s participation in any aspect of the prize (Works). The winner acknowledges that the Promoter is free to use the Works and to exercise its rights in relation thereto and the winner will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
18. Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes are not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash. All registrations are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter?s database, and not at the time of transmission by the participant.
19. All prize values are the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and are correct at time of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value. If the prizes are unavailable for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of similar value subject to state regulation.
20. The Promoter and each of their related bodies corporate, associated agencies and companies associated with this competition will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person?s negligence) in connection with this competition or accepting or using any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
21. Should a participant?s contact details change during the competition period, it is the participant?s responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to the Promoter.
22. mcm media and each of their related bodies corporate, associated agencies, and companies associated with this promotion will take no responsibility for any delay in delivery once prizes have left the Promoter's premises.
23. The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity, proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address, and/or proof of entry validity. Proof of identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof of identity, the winner will forfeit their prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.
24. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects personal information about you to enable you to participate in this promotion (which may include disclosure to third parties for the purpose of processing and conducting the promotion) but no further use of this information will be made without prior consent. Entrant?s personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and winners names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation.
25. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, subject to state regulation.
26. In the case of the intervention of any outside agent or event which naturally changes the result or prevents or hinders it's determination, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes; the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the event and recommence it from the start on the same conditions subject to state regulation.
27. The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, disqualify all entries from, and prohibit further participation in this competition by any person who tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the competition or acts in violation of these conditions, acts in a disruptive manner or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
