Terms and Conditions 1. Information regarding how to enter, how to claim and details of prizes form part of these conditions of entry. Entry into this competition is deemed to be acceptance of these conditions of entry. 2. Entry is open to residents of Australia over the age of 15 who fulfill the entry requirements. The competition commences at 9.00am Australian Eastern Standard Time ("AEST") on Thursday 28th October 2010 & closes at 5pm AEST on Friday 12th November 2010 ("Competition Period").

The Music Network reserve the right to verify the validity of all entries and reserve the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process, including but not limited to submitting multiple entries or for submitting an entry that is not otherwise in accordance with these terms and conditions. 5. To enter, entrants must visit the competition page at
www.themusicnetwork.com and complete the online entry form, including entering their full name and contact details. Entrants must then submit their entry in 25 words or less. This competition is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the identity of the winner. All valid entries received during the Competition Period will be judged on their merit and the entry judged to be the best wins the prize. 6. The Prize is a signed block and copy of Illumination or a copy of Illumination and a poster. The prize is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The prize is valued at up to $30.00 amount, (the Promoter and The Music Network accept no responsibility for any variation in the prize value). 7. Judging will be completed by 6pm (“AEST”) on Friday 12th November 2010. A representative of The Music Network will contact the winner so that they may claim the prize. If for any reason this Competition is not capable of running as planned, whether caused by infection by computer virus, mobile phone failure, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of The Music Network which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the Competition, The Music Network reserves the right in its sole discretion, (subject to any written direction given by a relevant Regulatory Authority), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition.
