1. VALIDITY AND LEGALITY: This contest is void where prohibited by law.

2. FEES: No entry fee, payment or purchase is required.

3. ENTRY PERIOD: Competition entries will be accepted from 12:01 am EST on Monday, November 1, 2010 until 11:49pm EST on Monday, January 31, 2011.

4. HOW TO ENTER: Members may only enter the competition if permitted by the laws of the country in which he or she resides. All members contributing a minimum of 250 posts in accordance with the conditions will automatically be entered into a draw. Each of the posts must comply with the general posting rules of thewinforums and also be helpful or more than just single line posts. Upon having 250 posts, please reply to this thread.

5. ELIGIBILITY: This prize draw is open to all registered and active members of thewinforums.com. Thewinforums member must have an active account, with which may not be pending activation, suspended or banned. The member should have contributed a minimum of 250 posts between the start date and the end date of the competition, and post the exact phrase located in this thread. You must remain active for the FULL THREE MONTHS. If you reach 250 posts after week 3, you need to continue being active for the entirety of this contest to remain eligible. Posts in the "Community Section" do not count.
Employees and family members of iEntry, current SuperMods, and administrators and former mods, supermods, and administrators of thewinforums.com are ineligible to enter.

6. SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS: The prize winners will be randomly drawn by thewinforums.com using http://www.randomizer.org/form.htm, whose decisions are final and binding. Following the award of the prize, the prize winner's name will be posted at www.thewinforums.com. The prize winner will be notified by announcement in the forums and by individual email. Winners must respond to thewinforums.com by message/email within one week of announcement after which the prize will be deemed forfeit and a new winner will be drawn from all remaining eligible entries. In accepting any prize, the prize winner grants permission to have his or her name used for thewinforums.com's advertising and promotional purposes without limit or any consideration over and above the prize.

7. PRIZES:
The winner of the first Grand Prize will receive a copy of Windows 7 Ultimate (retail copy).
The winner of the second prize will receive a copy of Microsoft Office 2010 Home & Business (retail copy).
Three members will receive a Life Time Subscription to thewinforums.com.

No cash alternative or alternative prize is available on request from entrants but thewinforums.com reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value. The winforums.com shall not be deemed to be a seller of the prize for any purpose, and does not assume any responsibility or liability, for the proper or improper use or installation of the prize or for its merchantability or suitability for any particular purpose. In accepting the prize, the winner agrees to release, indemnify and hold harmless thewinforums.com and its representatives from any liability arising from damages, injuries, or losses of any kind which may arise from the possession, use or misuse of the prize. Any taxes which may apply are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Microsoft has no first hand knowledge of this contest, and is not involved in anyway, shape, or form, and the winner will not hold Microsoft to any agreement, other then that set forth in their End License Agreements.

8. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: By entering or accepting a prize in this give away, the winner agrees to be bound by these Official Rules, and to comply with these rules and the laws governing the entrant. Thewinforums.com reserves the right to amend these rules at any time.

9. INTERPRETATION AND DETERMINATION: The decision by thewinforums.com of any matters relating to the competition will be will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
