Terms and Conditions
1. The Promoter is Australian Radio Network ACN 065 986 987, 3 Byfield Street, North Ryde, New South Wales, 2113.

The Radio Stations are Mix101.1Fm, Mix106.5Fm, Mix102.3Fm, 97.3Fm.3. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms and conditions. Any general competition rules or terms and conditions of the Radio Station do not apply to this Promotion.
4. Any entry which does not comply with these terms and conditions is invalid.

Entry is open to residents of Australia. Entrants under the age of 18 must have permission from their parent or legal guardian to enter the Promotion. Employees or contractors of the Promoter or its associated companies, employees or contractors of any agencies, affiliates, sponsors, sub-sponsors or representatives of the Promoter and the immediate families of any such employees or contractors are not eligible to enter. Any person who has won one or more prizes valued individually or collectively at more than $100 from the Promoter or the Radio Stations in any promotion within the past 30 days is ineligible to enter.

The Promotion commences at 6:00am on Monday 8 November 2010 and the last entry will be accepted at 11:59pm on Thursday 18 November 2010.7. To enter, listeners will need to log onto the station websites and enter the required details on the dedicated Toy Frenzy promotional page, including a 25 words or less answer.
8. From all entries received we will select the 5 in each state that are judged to be the best. These 5 entrants will then be the contestants that will participate in the Toy Frenzy challenge.
9. Each contestant will be required to go to a nominated Big W store in their state at a date and time specified by the Promoter and participate in a “race against time” type of challenge.
10. The contestants will be required to locate and collect a list of items in an allocated amount of time, as determined by the Promoter. If they are successful they will receive a $1,000 Big W voucher and if they are unsuccessful they will receive a Disney DVD pack.
11. A representative from the Promoter will be present at each of the Toy Frenzy activities and will judge whether each contestant is successful or not.
12. The prizes in each state (VIC, NSW, SA, QLD) are:
Major Prizes
5 x $1,000 Big W vouchers = $5,000 per state x 4 states = $20,000
Minor Prizes
5 x Disney Toy Story DVD Packs (including Toy Story, Toy Story 2 and Toy Story 3), valued at $60 each = $300
per state x 4 states = $1,200
Total value of all prizes for all 4 states = $21,200
13. Winners of a prize will be notified in person at the time of activity and also on air.
14. Entrants may enter the Promotion as many times as they like. Any form of automated entry using any other devices or software is invalid. The Promoter may verify the validity of entries and may disqualify any entrant.
15. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter. The Promoter is not responsible for failure to receive any entry for any cause beyond its control.
16. Upon request by the Promoter a copy of these Terms and Conditions and/or a receipt and acknowledgement must be signed by a winner to indicate his or her acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
17. If a winner is under the age of 18 years, they must have permission from their parent or legal guardian to claim their prize.
18. The Promoter may use a winner’s name, suburb of residence, likeness, or a recording of their voice for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation, unless otherwise prohibited by law.
19. The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage, including indirect or consequential loss or damage, or personal injury suffered during the course of accepting or using the prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
20. A winner may be required to sign a waiver of liability and indemnity in favour of the Promoter in respect of a prize, in the form determined by the Promoter.
21. All entries become the property of the Promoter. All details will be held in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy which can be viewed at the website of the Radio Stations at

22. All decisions made by the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
23. If the Promotion is not able to be run as planned, whether caused by computer virus, line drop-out or congestion, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which affects the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the Promotion, the Promoter may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. The Promoter may disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
