1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry.

Entry into this promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry. 2. The promotion is redeemable online only at www.ladakh.com.au. Promotion is open to all Australian and New Zealand residents over the age of 18. 3. Employees of the Promoter, and their immediate families, and agencies associated with this promotion, are ineligible to enter. Only one entry per person will be permitted. 4. The promotional period commences November 8, 2010, and closes 11.59pm (AEDST) on December 13, 2010. This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. 5. Participants may enter the promotion as follows: during the promotional period, all valid entrants who visit www.shoptilyoudrop.com.au may follow the links to fill in their details including their name, full address, contact phone number and email, and in 25 words or less tell us: “What summer staple do you desperately need this year?” All completed entries will be included in the judging. 6. Entries will be individually judged, based on literary and creative merit and originality. The promotion will be judged by a panel of judges appointed by the Promoter. The winner will be notified by mail using contact details provided in their entry. The judging of entries will take place at the Promoter’s premises and will begin on December 14, 2010. 7. The best entry as determined by the judges will be deemed the major-prize winner and will receive a $1000 Ladakh voucher, valid for six months from date of issue. 8. Where the prize is awarded in the form of a ticket/pass/voucher, the Promoter shall not be liable for any ticket/pass/voucher that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way. Redemption of the ticket/pass/voucher is subject to the terms and conditions specified on the ticket/pass/voucher. 9. Total prize pool is valued at $1000. Prizes do not include any ancillary costs. These are the responsibility of the voucher holder. 10. Entries not completed in accordance with the rules and conditions, or received after the closing date, will not be considered. Indecipherable or incomplete entries will be deemed invalid. The judges’ decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into. 11. Prize valued in Australian dollars. Prize values are the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and are correct at time they went online. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize. Prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. 12. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third-party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these conditions of entry; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; (f) redemption of a prize and/or (g) participation in the promotion. 13. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to reference to all relevant state and territory regulations) to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion. 14. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications-line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of entries. 15. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The collection, use and disclosure of personal information provided in connection with this competition are governed by the Privacy Notice (see the contents page of the latest issue of Shop Til You Drop magazine). All entries submitted become the property of the Promoter. Entries will not be returned to any entrant. By entering this promotion each entrant warrants to the Promoter that each entry submitted is an original artistic work of the entrant which does not infringe the rights of any third party. The entrant agrees to indemnify the Promoter against all claims and costs by third parties arising from a breach of the warranty set out in this condition. The Promoter is entitled to use any of the entries submitted for any purposes at its discretion, including (but not limited to) for any future promotion, marketing and publicity purposes. By entering the competition, the entrant consents to receipt of any email regarding the competition, and other emails that inform the entrant of the Promoter’s other publications, products, services and events and to promote third-party goods and services it may be interested in. 16.
