To be in the running to win the iPad simply visit our Facebook page and show that you ‘Like’ Homeloans (by clicking on the ‘Like’ button) before 12 December 2010*.It’s that easy!

Terms & Conditions 1. Information on how to enter Homeloans’ ‘Win an iPad’ competition and the associated prize draw form part of the conditions of entry.
2. The prize is a 16GB Apple iPad with Wi-Fi + 3G valued at $799. Prize does not include a 3G micro-sim card or data plan.
3. Entrants must be over 18 years of age and not a member of the category of persons listed in clause 8.
4. To enter the prize draw, entrants must register a ‘Like’ on Homeloans’ Facebook page

5. Competition commences at 9am (WST) on Tuesday 9 November 2010 and concludes at 5pm on Sunday 12 December 2010.
6. There is to be only one competition entry per person. 7. Homeloans takes no responsibility for lost, late or misdirected entries.
8. Employees of Homeloans, their families and associated companies are ineligible to enter.

10. All entries become the property of the Promoter – Homeloans Ltd. The Promoter reserves the right to use the content of any entry for the purpose of future promotions.

12. The prize draw will be conducted on Monday 13 December 2010.
13. The winner will be notified by email within 10 days of the competition closing.
14. Details of the winner will also be published in Homeloans’ email newsletter.
15. Homeloans accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to prizes in transit.
16. The Promoters make no representations or warranties relating to the quality or suitability of the prize.
17. In the event that the prize item is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize item of equal or greater value.
