Terms and Conditions of Kidspot Australia 'Educational Play Pack' Competition

   1. To be eligible for participation in this competition you must: a) be an Australian resident; b) have a child/grandchild under 10 years of age, or be expecting a child and; c) submit the enquiry form linked to the Kidspot competition page before the closing date.
   2. Only one entry per household is permitted.
   3. The prize consists of a variety of educational toys and games from Educational Experience, with a retail value of $300.
   4. Prize cannot be redeemed for cash.
   5. To be eligible to enter the draw to win, you must complete all mandatory fields on the Kidspot online enquiry form and indicate where requested in 25 words or less why planning for the cost of your child's education is important. Entries must be submitted by 11.59pm AEDST 11 December 2010 to be eligible. The most creative entry as judged by ASG will be deemed the winner.
   6. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence shall be entered into.
   7. The winner will be advised by mail and/or telephone call.
   8. The prize will be delivered to the winner within six weeks of judging the winning entry. While ASG will endeavour to deliver the prize to the winner prior to Christmas, ASG cannot guarantee delivery before this time.
   9. Incomplete, duplicated or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
  10. The promoter has the right to alter the terms and conditions of the promotion at its discretion, throughout the duration of the promotion.
