National Recycling Week is on from 8 to 14 November and to mark the event, Gold Coast City Council is giving 10 residents the opportunity to win a Total Home Recycling Kit, valued at over $250 each. To enter, just sign up to the receive the greengc enewsletter.

Each Total Home Recycling Kit includes:

Free upgrade of your recycling bin from a 240L recycling bin to a new 360L recycling wheelie bin for one year
Home compost bin and aerator; OR a worm farm and worms.
On-bench container for kitchen food scraps.
A professional waste management expert to visit your home to explain how to set up your kit.
A full information kit on recycling and home composting/worm farming for your household.
 
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Winners will be notified by phone or email by Monday 22 November. Only one entry per subscriber. Winners and waste management officer to determine date for in-home visit. Prize value is $250. Upgrade of 240L recycling wheelie bin to 360L recycling wheelie bin subject to current household recycling bin configuration , Council evaluation and possible extension of service beyond one year.   

Competition opens 1 October 2010 and entries close 15 November 2010.
