•Fisher & Paykel are offering an additional three year parts only warranty on the motor of the Fisher & Paykel Dryers listed below ("Additional Warranty"). The Additional Warranty is on top of the two year manufacturer's warranty that comes with your product and will commence at the end of that two year warranty (ie 2 years from the date of purchase). This Additional Warranty is an extra benefit and does not affect your legal rights.
•Instructions on how to claim form part of these Terms and Conditions. By submitting a claim for the Additional Warranty you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. The Additional Warranty is not valid in conjunction with any other offer, unless otherwise advised.
•To claim the Additional Warranty visit
www.fisherpaykel.com.au/promotion and complete the registration form in full no later than midnight Eastern Standard Time 18 February 2012. You must retain the original proof of purchase that shows the details of the store of purchase, relevant model number, payment in full and date of purchase. Failure to produce proof of purchase when requested may, in the Promoter's discretion, invalidate your claim.
•Claims are only open to Australian residents.
•The Additional Warranty is only available with the purchase made between 18 October 2010 and 17 October 2011 ("Promotional Period") of one of the following dryer products from any participating Fisher & Paykel appliances retailer throughout Australia

•The offer applies only to retail purchases of current A-grade or trade-seconds. Purchases must be paid for in full. Lay-bys will not be eligible to claim the Additional Warranty unless paid for in full by the end of the Promotional Period.
•In the case of commercial/residential installations, the item must be installed prior to end of the promotional period. Proof of purchase of the residence in which the dryer was installed, and handover certificate must be provided to validate warranty.
•The Additional Warranty is a parts only warranty for the motor of the qualifying Fisher & Paykel Dryer. Labor costs associated with service are not covered.
•The Additional Warranty is subject to the same terms and conditions as your products manufacturer's warranty. Refer to your product's User Guide for more details.
•Service under the Additional Warranty must be provided by a Fisher & Paykel Authorised Repairer (refer to your User Guide). Such service shall be provided during normal business hours.
•The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of claims (including contacting the place of purchase) and claimants (including a claimant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any claimant who submits a claim that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the claim process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
•The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, misdirected or illegible claims. Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible claims will be deemed invalid.
•If there is a dispute as to the identity of a claimant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the claimant.
•The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
•The Additional Warranty is not exchangeable or transferable for cash.
•The Additional Warranty is transferable to a new product owner provided Proof of Purchase is also conveyed to the new owner. Additionally the new owner must complete / update online product registration details.
•The Additional Warranty is not transferable or extended to any other Fisher & Paykel appliances.
•If this promotion is interfered with or is not capable of being conducted as anticipated, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law to disqualify any claimant or to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
•You are responsible for any cost associated with accessing the promotional website.
•Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter); (d) any tax liability incurred by a claimant; or (e) participation in the promotion. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, its suppliers and as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Claims are conditional on providing this information. If the claimant does not mark the applicable box, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes including sending electronic messages or telephoning the claimant. Claimants should direct any requests to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All claims become the property of the Promoter.
•Claims will be invalid if:
a.A qualifying product purchase is not registered correctly at
www.fisherpaykel.com.au by midnight Eastern Standard Time 18 February 2012.
b.Proof of Purchase details fail to match registration details
c.Qualifying purchase has not been paid in full by the end of the Promotional Period.
