   2. Entry is open to all Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, participating retailers, suppliers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
   3. Entrants must complete their details on the entry form available in participating Paddy Pallin stores on board Spirit of Tasmania and on-line at www.discoverthetarkine.com.au.
   4. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
   5. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
   6. Promotion commences on 30TH August 2010. Entries close 5.00pm EST on 30TH November 2010. The draw will take place at Circular Head Tourism Association's office 45 Main Road, Stanley, TAS 7331 on 10th December 2010 at 2.00pm EST. The winner will be notified first by phone and then by mail and their name published in The Australian on 18 December 2010. Winners also published on the website of Paddy Pallin at www.paddypallin.com.au and www.discoverthetarkine.com.au. Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
   7. The first valid entry randomly drawn will win the choice of one (1) of the following two (2) selected Tarkine experiences to Tasmania for two (2) adults valued at a maximum of $8000:
         1. The Wild Tarkine Coast (Fly), Prize consists of:
                * return economy class airfares for two (2) adults from the winner's nearest Australian capital city to Launceston, Tasmania valued up to $1600 including all airline & airport taxes;
                * four (4) day standard car hire valued up to $350;
                * three (3) nights twin share accommodation (as determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion) in Stanley valued up to $450;

   8. Prize is valid for travel until 31/05/11 and not valid for travel between 18 December 2010 and 21 January 2011 or any travel incorporating dates between 18 April 2011 and 1 May 2011. The prize must be taken by the time specified by the Promoter and is subject to availability. The prize cannot be changed once the booking has been confirmed by the Promoter or its agents with the prize winner.
   9. The Holiday Prize winner is responsible for all other items of personal nature, including spending money, insurance, transport to and from their departure point, drink, meals (except where stipulated), personal equipment and all other ancillary costs.
  10. Prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for alternative products or services or redeemed for cash. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value.
  11. The Holiday Prize winner must satisfy Tarkine Trails health criteria and be fit for travel as indicated by a fitness form signed by a certified physician.
  12. The Holiday Prize winner and travelling companion must travel at the same time.

  14. Paddy Pallin will pass winners details to Circular Head Tourism Association and Tarkine Trails and a booking form must be completed and signed by the Holiday Prize winner and travelling companion acknowledging the terms and conditions of the their participation.
  15. Unless otherwise provided, if the prize or a part of the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize or the portion of the prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any applicable law.

In the event of the prize not being claimed within 3 months of the draw date, an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted at the same place as the original draw on 10/03/11 in order to distribute the prize subject to relevant state regulations.
