Living the Lifestyle Competition 2010 – Terms and Conditions 1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry. By entering the promotion, entrants accept these Conditions of Entry. 2. The promotion is known as the “Living the Lifestyle promotion 2010”. 3. The promotion commences at 12.01am AEDT on 20th November 2010 and closes 23.59pm AEDT on 1st January 2011 (“Promotion Period”). 4. Entry is only open to current AUSTAR residential customers (or a member of the same AUSTAR household who is over 18) who receive the AUSTAR service and subscribe to the Living Option during the Promotion Period. All employees (and their immediate family) of AUSTAR, its distributors, participating outlets, external auditors, platforms, and agencies connected with this promotion are not eligible for this draw. 5. To enter, eligible AUSTAR customers must go to the competition page (www.austar.com.au/lifestyle) and answer the 25 words or less question, during the Promotion Period, and remain subscribers to the Living Option up until the draw date. 6. Only one entry permitted per AUSTAR account. No responsibility will be accepted for late, misdirected or entries not received due to a technical problem. 7. The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of the entries and to disqualify entrants who do not comply with these terms and conditions. The maximum retail value of the total prize pool is $10,219 (based on available prices). 12. The Promoter’s decision in all matters is final and binding. 13. If any prize is unclaimed, within 7 days from the date of which the winners are notified, the promoter will award the unclaimed prize to the next most compelling or entertaining entry. 14. The promoter reserves the right to substitute any portion of the prize with a prize of the same nature and value, if that portion of the original prize is not available. 15.
