Terms & Conditions -
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of the conditions of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Employees of Beam Global Australia, Coca-Cola Amatil, their agents, contractors, consultants and their immediate families (including de facto spouses) or any other persons assisting with the competition are not eligible to enter.
3. The Promoter, in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, including but not limited to, anyone who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Entry.
4. The Promoter is Beam Global Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 85 003 953 357) of Level 1, Building 2, 49 Frenchs Forest Rd, Frenchs Forest NSW (Promoter).
5. Winners must be prepared to travel to Soundwave 2011 in their respective state on Saturday, February 26th 2011 Eastern Creek raceway (NSW), Sunday, February 27th RNA Showgrounds (QLD), Friday, March 4th Melbourne Showgrounds (VIC) Saturday, March 5th 2011 Bonython Park (SA), Monday March 7th 2011 Bassendean Oval (WA). . The winner must be prepared to travel to and from the festival at their own expense and through their own means and to provide their own accommodation if necessary.
6. The winner will receive: 2 x GA passes to Soundwave in their respective state. Each pass is valued at $157 AUD each with a total prize pool of $1570 AUD.
7. Entries to the Soundwave Double Pass Competition will commence on Friday, 24th December 2010 and will close at 5pm EST on February 3rd 2011.
8. The winner will be sent all relevant access passes via Express Post from Monday 6th February 2011.
9. All winners must be aged 18 years or older. Proof of age will be required to be sent to Rockstar Management prior to the winner’s prize being sent.
10. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking any of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
11. All winners agree to drink responsibly.
12. Prize is not transferrable. No correspondence will be entered into.
13. Winners will be contacted by phone, email and also posted on this website on Tuesday, 7th February 2011.
14. The competition winner will be drawn at Rockstar Management, Surry Hills NSW 2010 on Friday, 5th February 2011.
15. All entries become the property of the Promoter. By entering the competition entrants understand and agree that the Promoter (and its affiliates and companies that work for the Promoter) may use and disclose the information provided by them by entering the information into a database for future promotional, marketing or publicity purposes, subject to any applicable privacy laws.
16. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter may use this information, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant, including sending the entrant electronic messages.
