"Brighter Smile" Competition official rules
The Brighter Smile Competition("Competition") brought to you by Gentle Dental Care 7 Days ("Sponsor"), commences 1 November, 2010 at 12:00 p.m. (noon) and closes 1 February, 2011 at 12:00 pm (noon) ("Competition Close Date"). All entry forms must be completed and submitted in accordance with these Official Rules (see "How to Enter" below) no later than the Competition Close Date. No purchase necessary to enter or win.
Eligibility
To enter and be eligible to win, an individual must be a legal resident of Sydney, NSW and be over the age of 18.
A person who is eligible in accordance with these requirements is called an "Eligible Entrant".
You are not eligible to enter or win if you are an employee of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, or the prize suppliers, or if you are a member of the Judging Panel referred to later in these Rules, or if you are an immediate family member (defined as mother, father, sister, brother, husband, wife and child) of, or live in the same household with, whether related or not, any of the foregoing people.

One entry is allowed, per person. Entries generated by automated means are prohibited and will be disqualified.An entry submitted by an Eligible Entrant in the manner described above is referred to as an "Entry". No other means of entry transmission, submission or delivery will be accepted.
Teeth whitening draw
Upon submitting an Entry a window will appear prompting you to "Tell Your Friends About Our Competition And Enter To Win Free Teeth Whitening!". By submitting the valid name and email address of a friend ("Invited Entrant"), the Eligible Entrant will automatically be entered into a draw to win a free Teeth Whitening! treatment. The Eligible Entrant will receive one (1) entry into the draw for each Invited Entrant submitted.
Publicity Consent
Without limiting any other provision of these Official Rules, by participating in the Competition, all entrants consent to the use of their names, city of residence, and before and after photographs for marketing purposes, as required.
Conditions of entry
The merits of each Entry will be evaluated by the Sponsor's and at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

There is one (1) Prize available to be won from among those Eligible Entrants who submitted valid names and email addresses of friends at time of entry, consisting of a Teeth Whitening session. The Prize is non-transferable. The winner will be selected by random draw.
Prize Conditions
Prizes must be accepted as awarded. No substitutions, transfers or refunds will be allowed. In the event of prize unsuitability. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize or treatment of equal or greater value.
The Eligible Entrant will be declared on 5 April, 2011. If the selected entrant cannot be reached within two (2) business days of the initial contact attempt, the draw will be re-held and an alternative Eligible Entrant will be selected.
The Sponsor will have no further obligation to the original selected entrant with respect to the Competition or with respect to the Prize.
General Rules
* Prizes shall be accepted "as awarded."
* The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Competition or to amend these rules at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice.
* The Sponsor, its representatives will not be responsible for any computer, online, telephone, hardware, software or technical malfunctions that may occur (including but not limited to malfunctions that may affect the transmission or non-transmission of an entry), nor for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Competition or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of entries in the Competition, nor for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; and, are not responsible for any problems, failures or technical malfunction of any telephone or network lines, computer online systems, servers, providers, computer equipment, software, email, players, or browsers, on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, at any website, or on account of any combination of the foregoing; and are not responsible for any injury or damage to entrants or to any computer related injury or damage resulting from participating in downloading materials in this Competition.
* If, for any reason, the Competition is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor, its representatives, and the Competition judges, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Competition, the Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, suspend or extend the Competition at any time, without liability or notice, for any reason, including without limitation, any website error or malfunction, subject to any required government consent.
* ON-LINE ACCOUNT HOLDER INFORMATION: In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an on-line entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address, submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.
* Entrants may be requested to provide Sponsors with proof of identification and eligibility and proof that the winner is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry. If the owner of the email address cannot be confirmed within one business day of the issue being identified, the entrant will be disqualified.
* Sponsor will be collecting personal data about entrants as provided in these Official Competition Rules and Regulations, for the purpose of administering the Competition and for purposes of market research. At the time of entry, entrants may be asked if they wish to consent to Sponsor's use of their personal information to receive future emails from Sponsor.
* No personal information collected by the Sponsor for such purposes will be transferred or sold to any third party with the exception of:
o Agents for data processing purposes, or to its professional advisors and promotional and marketing agencies, provided that such agents, professional advisors and promotional and marketing agencies are restricted from using the information for any purpose other than as described in these Official Rules.
o Interpretation of rules, eligibility, etc. is at the sole discretion of Sponsor and all decisions are final. Sponsor reserves the right to void any entry, and/or change, cancel or modify this promotion at any time.
