Entrants must be over the age of 16 years of age. Entrants must spend $30 or more at any participating retail or commercial business in Yeperenye Shopping Centre or Springs Plaza. Entrants must attach a receipt to each form. Entry forms without a receipt attached with be not be accepted and be considered an ineligible entry. Receipt attached dated between the 9th November and the 24th December before 5pm. All information on entry forms and receipts must be clear and legible. Winners name will be announced on the day at the draw, winner will be informed by phone and winners name published in the Centralian Advocate on the 31st December 2010.
The Kia Rio is valued $13 490 and is not transferable for cash. This car will be registered in the NT for pick up or at time of delivery. It will NOT cover personal insurance or third party insurance.
Entrants must place their entry in either Orange Barrel between the 8th November and the 24th December by 5pm. Draw will take place at Yeperenye Shopping Centre at 5.05pm by Santa Steve on the 24thDecember. The first entry drawn will be the winner of the Kia Rio provided that all terms and conditions are met. If the winner can not be contacted within 6 weeks another draw will take place at a nominated time and place and be advertised in the Centralian Advocate. Centre Management staff and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. Centrepoint Cars staff and immediate families (husband and children) are not eligible to enter. Retailers, commercial business owners and staff of Yeperenye Shopping Centre and Springs Plaza are eligible to enter providing that their entry form contains the following:
A current receipt showing $30 spent in Yeperenye Shopping Centre or Springs Plaza must be attached. The entry form and receipt must be signed by the owner/manager of the retailer shop or commercial business including the date. If entry is drawn as the winner of the Kia Rio Yeperenye Pty Ltd reserves the right to check validation of entry. If entry is not deemed valid Yeperenye Pty Ltd reserves the right to withhold the prize and redraw at a later date.
The winner must make all arrangements for the pick up of the car from Yeperenye Shopping Centre. Yeperenye Pty Ltd will not be responsible for any further additional financial costs by the winner. Yeperenye Pty Ltd will not be responsible for the transport of the car outside the Alice Springs area. Centrepoint Cars will not be responsible for any financial costs associated with this prize or promotion. The prize is not in any way transferable for cash.
