Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

and entries close at 11.59pm AEST on 19/12/2010 ("Promotional Period"). * To be eligible to enter, individuals must become a fan of the BioZet Attack Facebook page during the Promotional Period. To enter, individuals must then visit
www.biozet.com.au/competition, follow the prompts to the competition entry page, input the requested details including an answer to the question "BioZet Attack is great at making your clothes come clean. What did you want to come clean about? Share your story with us in less than 50 words and you could win a year's supply* of BioZet Attack." and submit the fully completed entry form during the Promotional Period.
* The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
* Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.

Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) each entry must be substantially unique; and (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements. * Winner will be notified by email. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged based on literary and creative merit of the answer provided to the question. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The best valid entry, as determined by the judges, will win four (4) x 5kg boxes of the winner's choice of either top or front loader BioZet Attack standard laundry powder formula valued at a total of $154.36. * If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification.
* Total prize pool value is $154.36. Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
* All entries (which shall include photographs) submitted become the property of the Promoter. Entries will not be returned to any entrant. As a condition of entering into this promotion, each entrant licences the Promoter to use their entry in any media for an unlimited period for any reason including but not limited to future promotional, marketing or publicity purposes. Each entrant warrants to the Promoter that each entry submitted is an original literary work of the entrant that does not infringe the rights of any third party. The entrant agrees to indemnify the Promoter against all costs and claims by third parties arising from a breach of this warranty. Entrants consent to any use of their entry which may otherwise infringe their moral rights pursuant to the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth).
* Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
* If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
