For each purchase at any Kathmandu retail store (including Clearance stores) between Wednesday 24th November 2010 and Tuesday 4th January 2011, Summit Club members are entitled to one entry per purchase into ‘THE PROMOTION’. 2.

The prize draw will take place at Kathmandu Pty Ltd, 55-65 Sky Road, Melbourne Airport Business Park, VIC on Monday 17th January 2011 at 12noon.

The winners’ names will be published in The Australian newspaper on Monday 31st January 2011.

The winners will also be notified via phone and letter, following the completion of ‘THE PROMOTION’.

In the event of an unclaimed prize draw where we are unable to contact the winners, another winner draw will take place at the same venue and time on Monday 25th April 2011.
