Terms & Conditions
1.Duration – The promotion will run from Friday 1st October 2010 to Friday 31st December 2010. No entries will be accepted after this time.
2.Entry – Entry is open to permanent residents of Western Australia aged 18 years or over only. Only one entry per person will be considered.
3.How to Enter – Participants can enter the draw by filling in an entry on the Content Living website at
www.contentliving.com.au. Entrants must give their name, a phone number and a valid email address.
4.The Prize – The prize is an Ipod Zepelin Dock. The prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable. One prize only will be awarded.
5.The Winner – The winner will be drawn at random from correctly completed entries received during the duration of the promotion. The draw will be held in the presence of the editor of the Sunday Times Home Magazine, or her nominee, on or before Friday 21st January 2011. Entry to the promotion does not confer the right to be present at the draw. The winner will be notified within 28 days of the closing date of the promotion. All reasonable endeavours will be made to contact the winner during this time. If the winner cannot be contacted, Content Living reserves the right to draw another winner. The name of the winner will be published on the Content Living website and may be used in marketing material from time to time at the discretion of Content Living. The prize is awarded at the sole discretion of Content Living and no correspondence will be entered into.
6.The decision of Content Living shall be final.
7.Content Living reserves the right to alter or change conditions associated with this promotion without notice.
8.Completion of this entry form shall provide Content Living with permission to communicate with the entrant via email, SMS, phone or mail, regardless of any listing on a Do Not Call Register.
9.The completed coupons and contained information shall remain the property of Content Living.
10.Employees, relatives and associates of Content Living and associated companies are not eligible to enter the competition.
11.Content Living will not be liable for any loss, damages or injury arising from the winner’s use of the prize.
