Free film valid 18/11/10 to 16/03/11. Not valid Saturdays after 5pm, public holidays, or for no free list films, festivals, special events, Dendy Premium, Met Opera and NT Live performances. Completed frequency card must be exchanged at box office for valid cinema ticket. 3D glasses may incur a fee. This ticket must be taken as offered and is not exchangeable, for sale, transferable or redeemable for cash. Only one validity stamp will be issued per patron, per session. Validity stamps are not transferable between frequency cards of any type.
1. Information on how to enter this competition form part of these terms and conditions.
2. Entry is open only to Australian residents. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families and the agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
3. The competition commences 9am November 18, 2010 and closes 10pm March 16, 2011.
4. The entry form must be received by 10pm March 16, 2011. The competition will be judged at 5pm on April 16, 2010 at the Promoter's office.
5. The Major Prize pool consists of ten Dendy Cinemas Gold Card passes, with two Major Prizes to win per Cinema, entitling the owner of the card to entry of free films at Dendy Cinemas for the valid period. ^Each Gold Card will be valid 01/07/2011-30/06/2012 and cannot be used on no free films, festivals, special events, Dendy Premium, Met Opera, NT Live or on public holidays. 3D glasses may incur additional costs. Each major prize has a value of $10950.
The First Runners Up prize pool consists of 250 DVDs, with 10 packs of 5 to win per cinema. Each First Runners Up pack has a value of $99.75.
The Second Runners Up prize pool consists of 100 x 12 month Club Dendy Memberships, with 20 memberships to win per cinema. Each Second Runners Up prize has a maximum value of $18. Should an existing member win, 12 months will be added to current membership.
6. Participating Cinemas are Dendy Byron Bay, Dendy Portside, Dendy Canberra, Dendy Opera Quays and Dendy Newtown. Entrants will be competing according to the Cinema they nominate as their Local Cinema on the Entry Form.
7. Winners and Runners Up will be notified via the email address or phone number provided upon entry. Additional information will be required to facilitate prize fulfilment.
8. The Promotion assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of the competition. The Promoter is not responsible for any technical malfunction that would prohibit entry.
9. Dendy Cinemas will not allow any third party to access information of any participant.
