1. Entry into the promotion is deemed as acceptance of the terms and conditions.
Information on how to enter forms part of the conditions of entry.
2. Entry is available to Australian residents over 18 who purchase a Humminbird
Sounder from a Getaway Sale participating dealer and Fill out the entry. Entrants
must attach their proof of purchase; receipt number and either send or email their
best fishing photo to BLA at 45 Aquarium Ave, Hemmant, 4174.
3. The Promotion period commences on 15th November 2010 and closes at 11:59PM
AEST on the 31st January 2011
4. The Winner will be Judged by a panel of Judges on the 28th February 2011 at 12:00 PM AEST
at the Promoter premise, Bob Littler Agencies Pty Ltd ABN 5185 3692 469 of 45 Aquarium Ave,
Hemmant, QLD, 4174 The winner, with the best judged Fishing photo will be deemed the winner. The Winner will be notified by
telephone and will also be sent a letter within two days advising them of their prize. The Winner’s details will also be published on

5. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Bob Littler Agencies Pty Ltd ABN 5185 3692 469 of 45 Aquarium Ave,
Hemmant, QLD, 4174 and associated agencies and companies, and related bodies corporate are not eligible to enter.
6. Prize: One full days fishing on Ru4 Reel fishing Charters for two people. Prize is subject to availability and blackout dates and
prize must be taken by 1st August 2011. Economy Flights and two nights accommodation (4 star rating) available for Interstate
winners. Some meals provided. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay, if the charter is
cancelled due to weather conditions, the prize cannot be reclaimed. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this
Promotion, and those set forth by the Sponsor’s airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract if required.
All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to,
ground transportation, meals, incidentals, passenger tariffs or duties, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges,
personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses are the responsibility solely of winner. No compensation will
be given if winner or guest is unable to travel for any reason. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Sponsor is
not responsible if any events or activities are delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason, in which event that portion of prize
is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided except as in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

7. The Prize cannot be converted into cash and is not transferable.
8. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect
or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s except for any liability,
which cannot be excluded by law. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information or for any of the
equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this promotion, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof
that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect,
delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, theft or destruction or
unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
9. The Promoter, in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and to disqualify any entrant
who tampers with the entry process, or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with the terms and conditions of this
promotion.
10. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value.
11. The Winner agrees to the use of their name, image and photographs for publicity and promotional purposes, without
compensation, and agrees that the Promoter will own the copyright of any such images and photographs and in all material
incorporating the photographs. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect,
delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of
entries. The promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, servers
or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on a mobile network, or any combination
thereof, or any other technical failures including any damage to entrant’s or any other person’s mobile handset or computer
related to, or resulting from, participation in this competition or the downloading of any materials relating to this competition and
the promoter’s mobile content services.
12. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned; whether caused by infection of computer virus, mobile
phone failure, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the
control of the Promoter that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the promotion, Subject to any
written direction from any State Authority the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or
suspend the promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize in whole (or any of its components), with another
prize of equal or greater value.
