XMAS Comp - Terms and conditions1.Information on how to enter forms part of these conditions of entry. Entry is open to all Australian residents, 16 years of age or over, who are current, active SHOWTIME residential subscribers and remain so for the duration of the promotion, and on the draw date.
2.Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, FOXTEL, OPTUS and AUSTAR, and their related corporations and associated agencies, are ineligible to enter.
3.The promotion commences at 6.30 pm (EST) on 7/12/10 and entries close at 11.59 pm (EST) on 20/12/10 (Promotion Period).
4.Participants can enter by visiting
www.showtime.com.au and must:
register with the SHOWTIME site;
provide an answer to the question "Why Christmas is the best time to watch your favourite movies?"
Complete and submit the on-line form.
5.Entries will be limited to one per person. Maximum of five entries per household.
No responsibility will be taken for any late, ineligible or lost entries. Entries that are not genuine, are incomplete, late, or if the entrant is not a current, active SHOWTIME residential subscriber for the Promotion Period and on the draw date, will be declared void.
6.This promotion is a game of skill. Valid entries will be judged (by representatives of the Promoter) based on, among other things, creativity, originality and humour. The judging will take place at 10.00 am (EST) on 21/12/10 at SHOWTIME, Level 1, Building 215 Bent Street, The Entertainment Quarter, 122 Lang Road, Moore Park NSW 2021. The winners will be notified by phone and by mail. The judges' decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
