TERMS AND CONDITIONSBy entering The Morning Show „Shrek Forever After’ Competition (the “Competition”), you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
1. STANDARD TERMS
1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry.
2. WHO CAN ENTER?
2.1 Subject to clause 2.2, entry is open to all residents of Australia, who are 18 years of age at the time of entry, where the Channel Seven and affiliate broadcasting signals are received.
2.2 Employees and their immediate families of Seven Network (Operations) Limited, Paramount Home Entertainment (Australasia) Pty Ltd, Singapore Tourism Board Oceania, MNET Group Ltd and their associated agencies and companies are not eligible to enter.
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 The Competition commences on Monday 13 December 2010 at 6.00am (AEDT) and concludes on Friday 17 December 2010 at 4.30pm (AEDT) (“the Competition Period”).
3.2 In order to enter the Competition, viewers must watch The Morning Show (“the Program”) on the Seven Network during the Competition Period. Each morning throughout the Competition Period there will be a Competition segment aired during the Programs (or any replacement program broadcast in The Morning Show timeslot).
3.3 In order to enter, viewers must log into The Morning Show website (
www.yahoo7.com.au/morning) between Monday 13 December 2010 at 6.00am (AEDT) and Friday 17 December 2010 at 4.30pm (AEDT) and register their entry details online to enter.
3.4 Only one entry per person per day will be accepted from entrants online. No scripting is allowed for online entries (which will be deemed invalid).
3.5 The time of entry for online entrants will be the time at which the completed online entry form is received by the Competition online database. Online entrants will be presented with a confirmation page once the completed email entry is submitted by the entrant.
3.6 Entries remain the property of the Promoter and will not be returned to the entrant. Entrants agree to grant the Promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use their entries in all media worldwide and acknowledge that they will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
4. PRIZES
4.1 There will be one (1) winner of the Competition. Prize winners will receive the corresponding prize package as set out below:
- 4 x return economy class airfares to Singapore from Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide or Perth including taxes – value $6,948
- Return airport/hotel transfers in Singapore – value $94
- 4 nights twin share accommodation for four people in a Deluxe Room at the Hard Rock Hotel Singapore including breakfast daily – value $3,310
- 4 x adult one-day passes to Universal Studios Singapore – value $225
- $1,000 spending money

Total Combined Prize Value is $11,877 (including GST). Prize value is correct as of 1 December 2010. The winner is not entitled to receive any money from any party if there is a difference between the maximum prize value and the actual prize value at the time of the draw.
4.2 The winner and their travelling companions are responsible for all other expenses including but not limited to meals (unless specified), incidentals, tips, service charges, spending money, travel insurance, visas and all transfers other than those specified. Travel insurance is not included in the prize and will be the responsibility of the winner. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
4.3 Unless expressly stated in these terms and conditions all other related expenses become the responsibility of the winner. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and prize Sponsor‟s requirements. Unless otherwise stated in these terms and conditions, prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged and all non-cash prizes cannot be redeemed for cash
4.4 The prize is subject to hotel and flight availability. No extension on travel dates will be granted. The prize is not available during peak times such as public holidays and school holidays (if applicable) and cannot be changed once the booking has been made.
4.5 Upon acceptance/confirmation of the reservation by the Singapore Tourism Board, which must be made at least four (4) weeks prior to intended date of travel, the Prize shall be considered to be redeemed. No amendments or cancellations will be allowed and any unused land stay or transportation will be forfeited. Airport transfers within Australia are excluded from the prize.
4.6 Air tickets are available on the regular scheduled services of Singapore Airlines and are subject to availability. Tickets are strictly non-transferable, non-refundable and non-upgradeable. Frequent Flyer points are not available.
4.7 The winner and travelling companion/s must travel at the same time, must depart from the same capital city and are responsible for transport from their residence to their nearest capital city for flight departure (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide or Perth). If the winner does not reside in the state of any of these capital cities, it is the winners‟ responsibility to make their own travel arrangements to one of the departure cities (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide or Perth).
4.8 It is the winner‟s personal responsibility to ensure that they and their travelling companions have valid documentation, including but not limited to valid passports and visas which meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities as well as any relevant vaccinations that may be required. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be the sole responsibility of the travellers.
4.9 A credit card imprint or cash deposit may be required from the winner at check-in to the hotel, for all incidental charges. Once accommodation vouchers are issued they are non-changeable.
4.10 Prize values are in Australian dollars and based upon the recommended retail prices at the time of printing (inclusive of GST). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for change in prize value between now and the ultimate prize redemption date.
4.11 Prizes, including any unused portion, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed as cash.
4.12 The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
4.13 The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow a winner to take part in any or all aspects of the prize, if the promoter determines, in their absolute discretion, that a winner is not in the mental or physical condition necessary to be able to safely participate in the prize. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the promoter in its absolute discretion.
4.14 It is the responsibility of the winner to enquire about local issues and conditions at destinations before travel. The Promoter makes no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist at any destination. International advice can be obtained from various sources, including local government, local consular offices and the website of the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade. Compliance with any health or other government requirements is the responsibility of the prize winner.
4.15 In participating in the prizes, the winners agree to participate and co-operate as required in all editorial activities relating to the Competition, including but not limited to being interviewed and photographed. The winners grant the promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide and the winners will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
4.16 The winners agree that they will not and will ensure that their companions do not sell or otherwise make available their story and/or photographs to any media or other organisation.
4.17 The prize cannot be altered in any way, is non refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
4.18 The prize is valid for 6 months from the draw date.
4.19 If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize of equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
4.20 Winners should seek independent financial advice about any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings.

4.21 It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winners must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and the prize supplier‟s requirements.

5. HOW TO WIN
5.1 There will be one (1) winner of the Competition. Each entrant who has entered the Competition over the Competition Period and registered all details in accordance with clause 3 (“Qualifying Entrant”) will be entered into the prize draw.
5.2 The draw will take place at MNET Group Ltd, Level 2, 8 Leigh Street, Adelaide SA 5000 on Wednesday 22 December 2010 at 10.00am (AEDT).
5.3 The winners may be announced in the Program on the following Morning Show broadcast day (subject to programming and Executive Producer‟s decision). Winners will be notified by phone call within 2 days of the draw, their name published in the Public Notes section of The Australian Newspaper on Monday 3 January 2011 and a letter advising winners of their prize will also be mailed out upon acknowledgement of the prize.
5.4 The Promoter‟s decision is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
5.5 It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winners may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the promoters in its absolute discretion.
5.6 Subject to State legislation an unclaimed prize draw will take place at MNET Group Ltd at Level 2, 8 Leigh Street, Adelaide SA 5000 on Monday 18 April 2011 at 10.00am (AEST) and winners will be notified by a phone call within 2 days of the draw, their name published in the Public Notes section of The Australian Newspaper on section of The Australian newspaper on Monday 25 April 2011 and a letter advising winners of their prize will also be mailed out upon acknowledgement of the prize.
6. NO LIABILITY
6.1 In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter‟s ability to proceed with the Competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the Competition and recommence it from the start on the same conditions, subject to State Legislation.
6.2 Seven Network (Operations) Limited & affiliates, MNET Group Ltd, Paramount Home Entertainment (Australasia) Pty Ltd, Singapore Tourism Board Oceania and their associated agencies and companies will take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit, or late, lost or misdirected mail.
6.3 Seven Network (Operations) Limited & affiliates, MNET Group Ltd, Paramount Home Entertainment (Australasia) Pty Ltd, Singapore Tourism Board Oceania and their associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss (including but not limited to consequential loss) or claim that may occur:
a) during the draw;
b) whilst undertaking any travel won on or connected with their entry into the draw; or
c) in the participation in any prize;
d) as a consequence of late, lost or misdirected mail;
e) due to the broadcast of any program relating to the Competition or the publication of any material, including any statements made by any compere, staff member, journalist, other entrants or any other person;
f) in relation to failure of an entry to be received by the promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion;
g) arising from or related to any problem or technical malfunction of any computer equipment, software, internet connection, any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer software related to or resulting from participation in this Promotion;
h) if any flight is cancelled or rescheduled for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; or
i) due to circumstances outside the Promoter‟s reasonable control.
6.4 The Promoter reserves the right to reasonably amend or vary these terms and conditions at its sole discretion, orally or in writing, for the purpose of Seven‟s programming, scheduling or production requirements.
6.5 The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. The Promoter‟s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
6.5 Seven Network (Operations) Limited and the Sponsors assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available, subject to State legislation.
6.6 If for any reason this Competition is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Competition, the Promoter

reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition, subject to State legislation.
7. PROMOTER’S DETAILS
7.1 The Promoter is Seven Network (Operations) Limited (ABN 65 052 845 262) of 38-42 Pirrama Road, Pyrmont NSW 2009.
7.2 The sponsors are Paramount Home Entertainment (Australasia) Pty Ltd (ABN 29 003 914 609) of 821 Pacific Highway Chatswood NSW 2067 and, Singapore Tourism Board Oceania (ABN 70 357 668 108) of Level 11, 47 York Street, Sydney NSW 2000.
7.3 Entry details remain the property of the Promoter. MNET Group Ltd, on behalf of Seven Network Limited (ABN 65 052 816 789) and its related entities (“Seven”), is collecting the entrant's personal information for the purpose of conducting and promoting this Competition (including but not limited to determining and notifying winners). The entrant's personal information may be disclosed to MNET Group Ltd and Paramount Home Entertainment (Australasia) Pty Ltd and Singapore Tourism Board Oceania for this purpose. The entrant may request access to his or her personal information by writing to Privacy Officer, MNET Group Ltd at Level 2, 8 Leigh Street Adelaide SA 5000, or e-mailing
