Terms & ConditionsInformation on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry to all Vaalia competitions is only open to Australian residents.
3. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
4. All entrants must include their name, email address, contact number and postal address.
5. Only one entry is permitted per valid email address.
6. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, Vaalia reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
7. Vaalia requires the entrants’ details in order to determine the winners for the promotion.
8. At the time of entry, entrants may check a box indicating that they wish to receive promotional material and product information from the Promoter. This choice is made at the entrant’s discretion.
Entries for the current Active Culture Club Vaalia website competitions, unless specified otherwise, will open on 1 December 2010 and will close on
17 December, 2010.
9. Once selected, winners will be notified by email and the specified prize will be sent to the supplied postal addresses. An Australia Post registered address must be provided.
10. This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winners. Each entry will be individually judged. Judges decision is final.
11. The valid winning entries for competition 1 “Heartbreaker” will receive the prize on offer – 1 of 30 double movie pass tickets to Heartbreaker at a participating cinema nationally.
12. The valid winning entries for competition 2 “Mumentum” will receive the prize on offer – 1 of 50 $50 Healthy Chick hampers.
13. Vaalia reserve the right to select additional reserve entries, and record them in case an invalid entry is selected.
14. If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, Vaalia, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification.
15. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
16. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as anticipated due to any reason beyond the control of Vaalia, Vaalia reserves the right to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to discount any entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
17. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the internet service provider used.
18. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Vaalia excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury, loss or damage whether direct, indirect or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion. This includes, but is not limited to the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under Vaalia’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Vaalia; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; and (e) use of the prize.
