COMPETITION RULES

   1. The Promotion is open to residents of Australia aged 18 and over excluding employees (and their immediate families) of Ambra Corporation, Sony Pictures Entertainment, their agencies or any other company or persons directly connected with the administration of the promotion. Proof of eligibility must be provided on request.
   2. To enter simply follow the instructions to provide the contact details of five of your friends.
   3. You must know the person that you recommend.
   4. We will send an automatic e-mail to your five chosen friends to explain that you have given us their details.
   5. No entry fee is applicable and no purchase is necessary.
   6. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the promotion.
   7. The winner will be the entrant picked at random by the judging panel each week for the duration of the promotion, November 29th, 2010 to January 16th, 2011.
   8. There are six $200. Gift packs to be won each week. Prizes are subject to availability, are non-transferable and non-negotiable and no cash alternative will be offered.
   9. The winner will be informed by email within 7 working days. Please be sure to have provided a current email address so that we can contact you. If the winner does not respond to such notification within a further 7 days they will be disqualified and an alternative winner will be selected.
  10. One prize entry per household only.
  11. By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Promoter and Sony Pictures Entertainment, their officers, directors, employees, affiliates and agents (the ‘Released Parties') from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion, or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Promotion; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Promotion or acceptance, receipt, use or misuse of any prize. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Promotion, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for legal fees. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, incidental, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.
  12. By entering the promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All instructions form part of the rules.
  13. Responsibility will not be accepted for entries that are not complete or which are lost or delayed through technical fault. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.
  14. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw any part of this promotion.
  15. Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes winner's consent to the Promoter's use of winner's name, voice, likeness and country of residence for the purpose of advertising, trade or promotion, in any media throughout the world, without further payment or consideration.
