1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.
2. Entry is open to residents of Australia. Employees and their immediate family of: Getprice, participating retailers, and agencies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
3. To enter, entrants must, during the Promotional Period:
a. Follow @Getprice and tweet using the #getprice hashtag stating why they (or a friend) deserve that day’s gift in 140 characters or less.

b. “Like” the Getprice Facebook page and email 12days@getprice.com.au telling them why they want that day’s gift for themselves or a friend in 250 words or less.4. Multiple entries permitted subject to the following:
5. Each entry is submitted in accordance with entry requirements.

The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
8. Incomplete, illegible or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
9. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
10. The promotion commences on 09/12/10 and there will 12 eligible days to win (9, 10, 13-17, 20-24 of December).
11. The winners for each day will be selected the following day and announced before 6 p.m. the following day. The Promoter reserves the right to draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.

Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prizes are not included. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason the winner does not take the prize or an element of the prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited. As a condition of accepting the prize, the winner must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
13. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-replaceable and non-redeemable for cash. Each prize is for the promotion winners' use only and cannot be handed / gifted / sold to a third party.
14. In the event that any prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any written directions from the various lottery authorities.
15. If necessary, a second chance draw will be held on 09:30am [EST] on 24/03/2010 at the same time and place as the first draw in order to distribute any unclaimed prize. Any winner will be notified by phone, mail and email and their name will be published on Getprice.com.au on 27 December 2010.
16. Winners will be notified by email within 2 days of the draw, and the names of prize winners will be published on getprice.com.au. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
17. If the winner of a prize is under 18 years of age, the prize will be awarded to winner’s parent or legal guardian.
18. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (even if caused by negligence) as a result of accepting and/or using a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
19. The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address of winners and any other information relevant to entry into or participation in this promotion. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who is involved in any way in interfering or tampering with the conduct of this promotion.
20. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical problems, including security breaches. If such problems arise, then the Promoter may (where necessary with the approval of the relevant lottery authority) modify the promotion.
21. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, or providers, computer equipment, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including but not limited to, any injury or damage entrants may suffer or any other persons computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in this promotion. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster we reserve the right (subject to any written directions under applicable law) to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this promotion.
22. By entering this competition entrants are subscribing to the Getprice newsletter subscribe list. Any information entrants provide will be held in accordance with Getprice’s privacy policy.
23. Details from entries will be collected and used for the purposes of conducting this promotion (which may include disclosure to third parties for the purpose of processing and conducting the promotion) and for promotional purposes surrounding this promotion. By entering this promotion entrants consent to the use of their information as described and agrees that the Promoter may use this information, or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional purposes without any further reference or payment to the entrant.
