To go into the draw to win $1,000 worth of shopping vouchers, redeemable at Lakeside Joondalup Shopping City, simply attend one of the following events and complete a customer feedback form at the event or on-line.

Terms and Conditions
1. This competition is a promotion run by the City of Joondalup ("the City").
2. Entries and information on how to enter form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entries not completed in accordance with these Terms and Conditions are ineligible. Participation in this competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3. The competition is open to customers who complete hard copy or on-line Customer Feedback Forms for one or more of the following events presented by the City of Joondalup:

4. Entries are limited to one per participant per event.
5. Customer Feedback Forms may either be completed on the hard copy Customer Feedback Forms available at each of the above events, or completed online.
6. Only complete entries will be eligible to receive a prize.
7. Hard copy Customer Feedback Forms will be available during the advertised event times and may be collected from the City of Joondalup Marquee at each event. Hard copy forms must be placed in the competition box located within the City of Joondalup marquee at each event.
8. On-line Customer Feedback Forms will be available online within three days of each event.
9. Entries close at 7.30pm on Sunday 27 March 2011. Entries must be received before the closing date to go into the prize draw. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
10. The winning entry will be drawn at random at the City of Joondalup Administration Building, 90 Boas Avenue, Joondalup, on Monday 4 April 2011.
11. The winner will be notified by telephone or email by Friday 8 April 2011.
12. If the winner does not contact the City to arrange claim of their prize within seven days of receiving notification, or if the City is unable to contact the prize winner within seven days, the competition will be re-drawn.
13. The judges’ decision is final and no further correspondence will be entered into.
14. The prize is to the value of $1000 and consists of shopping vouchers, redeemable only at Lakeside Joondalup Shopping City. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Lakeside Joondalup Gift Voucher terms and conditions apply to the use of these vouchers.
15. The information that entrants provide will be used by the City for the purpose of conducting the competition. By entering this competition, entrants consent to the use of their contact details for the purposes described in this clause.
16. The City or Lakeside Joondalup Shopping City will not be liable for any loss or damage or for any personal injury sustained as a result of accepting the prize or entering into this competition.
