HOW TO ENTER
To be eligible to enter, individuals must purchase two (2) specially marked bottles of Taylors wine from any participating retailer selling Taylors wine within Australia or New Zealand during the promotional period.
To enter, individuals must then log onto
www.taylorswines.com.au, fully complete the on-line entry form including entering the unique WIN code numbers contained within each of the two (2) promotional labels and submit the fully completed on-line entry form by 5pm AEDST on 31/08/11.
Entrants must retain their promotional labels and purchase receipt/s for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant's entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
Entry is only open to residents of Australia and New Zealand aged 18 years and over. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies (including retailers and distributors) associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
The Promoter reserves the right at any time to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry, which is not in accordance with these terms and conditions. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
Promotion commences at 9am on 01/10/10. Entries close for each draw at 11.59pm on the dates specified in the table below. All draws will take place at 11am at AdMail ASP, Suite 603, 815 Pacific Highway, Chatswood, NSW 2067, Australia on the dates specified in the table below. All times indicated are AEST/AEDST unless specified otherwise. Un-drawn entries in each Minor Prize Draw will be entered into any subsequent Minor Prize Draws and all entries (including winners in a Minor Prize Draw) will be entered into the Major Prize Draw. Winners will be notified by phone, mail and email and winners' names will be published in The Australian (for Australian winners) and the New Zealand Herald (for New Zealand winners) on the dates specified in the table below.

Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) entry permitted per specified purchase requirement; (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with the entry requirements; (c) the same unique WIN code number cannot be used more than once; and (e) unrecognised WIN codes will be deemed invalid.
The first five (5) valid entries drawn in each of Minor Prize Draw 1 and Minor Prize Draw 2 will each win a VISA prepaid card to the value of AUD$1,000.
The first valid entry drawn in the Major Prize Draw will win VISA prepaid cards to the value of AUD$25,000.
All winners must sign the back of their card/s and read their Cardholder User Guide before activating or using their card/s – in accordance with the stated conditions of use for a VISA prepaid card. All VISA prepaid cards will have a one (1) year validity from date of issue. VISA prepaid card can be used where VISA pre-paid cards are accepted (refer Cardholder User Guide for applicable fees and charges). Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming a VISA prepaid card are not included. Any unused balance of a VISA prepaid card will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of a VISA prepaid card is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the VISA prepaid card and in the Cardholder User Guide.
Total prize pool is valued at AUD$35,000.00.
Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash unless otherwise stipulated.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoters reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought.
If any prizes remain unclaimed as at 06/12/11 the Promoter will conduct such further draws on that date at the same place and time as the original draw as are necessary, in order to award any unclaimed prizes. Winners, if any, will be notified in writing and will have their name published in The Australian (for Australian winners) and The New Zealand Herald (for New Zealand winners) on 20/12/11.
If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned (including but not limited to) infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and subject to any written directions given under the Lottery Departments to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian and New Zealand regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on provision of this information. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised by the entrant, each entrant consents to the information they submit with their entry being entered into a database and that the Promoter may use this information in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the entrant. All personal details of the entrants will be stored at the offices of the Promoter. As per the relevant Privacy Legislation, a request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to that office.
Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant's responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including their officers, employees and agents) exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) taking of a prize.
