Terms and conditions:
1. The promoter is SurfStitch Pty Ltd of 6A/89 Darley Street, Mona Vale NSW 2103, ABN 65 141 251 443.
2. Must enter promo code BIGDAYOUT at checkout as it cannot be added after your order has been placed and confirmation number has been confirmed.
3. The promotion commences at 12.01am (AEST) on Monday, 1st November 2010 and closes at 11.59pm (AEST) on Thursday, 23rd December 2010.
4. Competition is valid only for total item purchase (no gift cards, no shipping costs) made between 1st November and 23rd December 2010 on orders totalling over $75.
5. The prize will be drawn and winner will be notified on the 27th of December.
6. Each winner will receive 1 x double pass to event. There are 2 x double passes up for grabs for Sydney, Melbourne and Gold Coast. Winner's tickets will be determined by in order of selection (i.e. first winner picked gets priority of location and so on).
7. No substitution or cash equivalent of prize is permitted.
8. The prize is non-transferable to another party or person. Only the winning entrant can claim and take the prize.
9. At the end of the competition period, a winner will be selected in a random drawing. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries.
10. Winner's full name may be displayed in subsequent e-newsletters, website and Facebook posts.
11. Only Australian citizen and residents are over 18 years of age are eligible to enter this competition.
12. Sponsors have no obligation to advise an entrant of an incomplete or otherwise non-compliant entry.

14. SurfStitch.com cannot be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) whatsoever that is suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion or the receipt or use of this prize.
15. Prize must be claimed within 10 days of the date within which the winner was notified. After that time, the unclaimed prize will be redrawn. At all times it is the sole responsibility of the winner to claim his/her prize.
