Limit one entry per person per day. 3. Competition is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations.
4. Employees of Insights Magazine ("Sponsor") or Specified film or DVD Distribution Company ("Prize Contributors"), and their immediate families are not eligible to enter or win.
5. Drawing will be held on or about entry date. Prizewinners will be drawn randomly from the pool of eligible entries for each competition. Each prizewinner will receive one of prizes as detailed (approximate retail value varies for each prize). The odds of winning either competition depend on the number of eligible entries received for the competitions.
6. Winners may be notified by mail and/or by email and the prize sent by mail to the recipient.
7. Entries that are lost, late, misdirected, garbled or incompletely received, for any reason, including by reason of hardware, software, browser or network failure, malfunction, congestion or incompatibility at Sponsor or elsewhere, will not be eligible and Sponsor is not responsible for any technical problems related to online entries. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate this Competition in the event that it becomes infected by a computer virus or is otherwise technically impaired. In the event of termination, a random drawing will be held from among all eligible entries received at the time of termination.
8. Taxes, if any, on the value of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
9. No substitution of prizes, except by Sponsor or Prize Contributor in which case a prize of greater or equal value will be substituted. Prizes are not transferable.
10. You agree that you shall not upload, post or transmit any materials which contain any computer viruses, Easter eggs, worms, Trojan Horses or other harmful component or programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information.
11. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
12. By entering, you agree to be bound by these rules and you give your express permission to be contacted by Sponsor by email or mail.
