Terms and Conditions:
1. The Promoter is Campus Living Accommodation Company Pty Ltd ABN 43 116 763
958 (phone: +61 7 5539 4819).
2. The prize is one Apple iPad (16GB), 2010 model.
3. The offer is only valid for person(s) who have submitted to Griffith University Village
between 12:00am on 01 December 2010 and 5:00pm on 15 February 2011, a valid
signed residential agreement for 2010 and all associated documents and fees.
4. The prize cannot be claimed as cash.
5. Entrants may be disqualified at any time in the event of any non-compliance with
these conditions of entry.
6. The promotion is open to individuals only.
7. Individuals can submit one entry only.
8. A parent or legal guardian must give consent for each entrant who is under 18
years of age at the time of submission.
9. All entries must be submitted in English and must contain your correct name, phone
and email details.
10. The promotion begins at 12:00am on 01 December 2010.
11. The promotion closes at 5:00pm on 15 February 2011.
12. The winner will be drawn at 9.00am, 16 February 2011 at Griffith University
Village.
13. One winner will be awarded the prize.
14. The winner will be notified by phone or email on 16 February 2011.
15. No responsibility will be accepted for late, lost, misdirected, incomplete or
incorrect entries.
16. Campus Living Accommodation Company Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for any
