Power Plant swirls SYDNEY FESTIVAL'S POWER PLANT
A playful and enchanting Festival experience for all ages, Power Plant will transform Sydney's tranquil Chinese Garden of Friendship at Darling Harbour into an enticing nocturnal world of sound and light.
Wander along the Chinese Garden's many paths and discover a secret, sensory and sometimes eccentric world with old gramophones spinning peculiar sounds, clicking insects casting vast moving shadows and sudden fiery explosions.

Terms and conditions
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Participating in this competition is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
2. To enter, participants must select what they would like to read about in their Club Darling Harbour e-newsletter.
3. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
4. Employees of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion and the immediate family of these people are ineligible.
5. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time during or after the closing date of the promotion, to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry. Failure of the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
6. Purported entries that are not received for any reason, including because they are lost, misdirected or stolen, or that are received, but are late, illegible, incomplete or is sent other than as directed in the entry instructions will not be entered into the competition.
7. Entries close 11.59pm AEST on 30/12/2010. Judging will take place during the week of 3/1/2011-7/1/2011. The prize draw will take place at Level 4, 66 Harrington Street, The Rocks NSW 2000 on 5/1/2011 at 12noon AEST. The winner will be notified via Email and the name of the winner will be published on therocks.com.
8. First prize winner will receive the following:
* 4 A Reserve tickets to Disney Live! for Friday, 14 January 2011 at 4pm
* 2 program show packs
* a 'meet and greet VIP experience' with performers from the show
Total prize value is $190, plus a 'money can't buy' experience
Four second place winners will receive the following:

50 more runners up will receive 4 x General admission tickets to Power Plant at Darling Harbour on one of the following dates:

9. The prizes will be issued in the form of vouchers. Each voucher displays validity or expiry dates and the voucher must be used before this time.
10. Booking of all prizes is the responsibility of the recipient of each prize. The recipient of a prize is responsible for all travel costs to and from the point of departure, any airport transfers, travel insurance, freight, excess baggage, meals where required, all applicable taxes, levies and charges, passports, extension of stay, additional passengers, tours and any other incidental expenses.
11. Standard conditions for tickets and accommodation apply.
12. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a prize winner does not take a prize or an element of a prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited by the prize winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize or that element of the prize.
13. Any costs in excess of the value of any voucher, tickets or movie tickets (including GST) and all ancillary costs associated with redeeming any element of a prize are the responsibility of the winner. In the event that a winner redeems less than the value of a voucher or ticket, the balance of the value of the voucher or ticket will not be awarded as cash.
14. The Promoter shall not be liable for any vouchers, tickets or movie tickets that have been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way. Redemption of any vouchers or tickets is subject to the terms and conditions specified on it.
15. Unless expressly stated within these Conditions of Entry regarding all prizes, all other expenses become the responsibility of the winner.
16. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss incurred in the event that any scheduled visit is cancelled for any reason beyond the control of the Promoter.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of age, identity and residency at the nominated prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter.
18. Total prize pool value is up to $3950. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless specified otherwise.
19. Where the prizes remain unclaimed on 10/1/2011 the Promoter will conduct such further draws on that date at that same time and address as the original draw, as are necessary, in order to award a prize, to be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion, but of equivalent value to the original prize.
20. The winner consents to the use of their name, suburb of residence and image for promotional and marketing purposes without further remuneration or reference and agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activities as requested by the Promoter.
21. All entries remain the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects entrants' personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter may use this information in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant, including sending the entrant electronic messages. Entrants' personal information may be disclosed to state and territory lottery departments and winners' names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at their address set out below. The personal information of the entrants will be held and used in accordance with the Promoter's privacy policy which is available at darlingharbour.com. The personal information of winners may be provided to others assisting, including prize suppliers and deliverers, and to authorities that regulate this competition.
