It'll be back early in 2011 and the lineup includes internationals !!! (Chk Chk Chk), Isn't It?; dreamy pop producer Ariel Pink; epic rock trio Menomena; acclaimed indie rockers Deerhunter; and melodic shoe-gaze duo Beach House, English pop-punk-rock act Foals, Irish pop ensemble Two Door Cinema Club and NY indie heroes Yeasayer.
You'll also get to sample some of the most hyped new acts of the year like all-girl 4-piece Warpaint; L.A. act Local Natives who mix tribal beats with pop melodies; and Jenny and Johnny, the new project for Jenny Lewis with her real-life partner Johnathan Rice.
There's also a big cast of locals including Gotye playing his first live shows in two years; CutCopy who promise to have their new album out early next year; eclectic indie act PVT and the much talked about experimental indie band from Melbourne Rat Vs Possum. And if you want to join them, get your tracks up by the 2nd Jan 2011.

Terms and conditions
# The Unearthed Artist Agreement and General Competition terms and conditions apply to this competition.
# This competition starts 9am AEST on Tuesday 13th December and closes at 12pm AEST 3rd Jan 2010.
# All artists with tracks uploaded to triplejunearthed.com during this time will be eligible. We will be choosing one winner from NSW, QLD, SA, VIC, WA. The winner will be chosen by a panel of triple j experts including Richard Kingsmill the music director. The winner will be picked based on their ability to deliver a good live performance suitable for a Laneway Festival audience.
# The winner will be announced in accordance with the General Terms & Conditions in December 2010.
# The prize consists of the following:
* An opportunity to perform at Laneway Festival in their state- January/February 2011
* Performance Fee - $200
# The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
# No replacement will be offered in the event that the prize cannot be claimed on the stipulated dates.
# Artists will be responsible for transport to and from the venue.
# Judges’ decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
# As a winner, you will be representing triple j at this event. As such you are obligated to behave responsibly and professionally and comply with the rules and requests that triple j and the event organisers ask of you. This includes turning up on time, sticking to your designated area and not helping yourself to other artists' riders. Failure to do so (and trust us, we'll hear about it) will result in triple j withdrawing our support of your band.
