3.Council will not accept responsibility for any entries that were sent but not received.
4.The prize is valued at $495.00.
5.The Prize is not transferable & cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise stipulated.
6.Prize values are correct at time of printing but no responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of any prizes.
7.The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
