Win an MP3 player with local audio walking toursEvery month from December 2010 to June 2011 you have the chance to go in the draw to win a MP3 player. To enter this draw you are required to refer (if you are a registered health practitioner) or visit (consumer) practitioners listed in the Health and Wellbeing Directory and enter the online competition.
Each monthly draw closes on the last day of the month and is drawn on the first business day on the following month. Authorised under TPL LTPM/10/00414.
TERMS AND CONDITIONSTerms and Conditions of Competition
1.Competition is open customers of the participating businesses.
2.All entries are required to provide their name, contact details, receipt details for eligibility and for contact if they are a winner.
3.Council will not accept responsibility for any entries that were sent but not received.
4.The prize pool is valued at $350.00.
5.The Prize is not transferable & cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise stipulated.
6.Prize values are correct at time of printing but no responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of any prizes.
7.The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
8.City of Canada Bay Council’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
