Entry is automatic when you register on the Hondalawnlovers website to be a member. As a member of hondalawnlovers your details (name, email, & contact number) have been submitted by you on this website. Every member who registers on the hondalawnlovers website during the promotion period will go into the running to win a Honda UMS425 Brushcutter.
Promotion commences Monday 29th November 2010; entries close at 22:00pm Monday the 31st January 2011.
Draw details: The competition will be drawn at Honda Motorcycles & Power Equipment Head Office, 1954 - 1956 Hume Highway, Campbellfield, Victoria 3061, on Friday 4rd February 2011 at 10.00am. The prize winner will be notified by Email and Telephone on Monday 7th February 2011. The Judges'\ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter, in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.
Should a winner of a Draw not claim their prize within three calendar months of the Draw (04th May 2011), the re-draw shall occur at the same venue on Friday 4th May 2011 at 10am. The winner will be notified by Email and Telephone on Monday the 9th March 2011. The re-draw shall be conducted under the same terms and conditions as the original Draw.
Any costs in excess of the value of the Prize (including GST) are the responsibility of the winner.
By accepting entry into this competition via your name, email, & contact number, you are also opting into Honda Australia Motorcycles & Power Equipment marketing database and will receive regular offers and promotions. The winner of the UMS425 Brushcutter will be notified by Honda Australia Motorcycle and Power Equipment Pty Ltd, ABN: 96006662862, 1954-1956 Sydney Rd Campbellfield Vic 3061.
Any costs in excess of the value of the Prize (including GST) are the responsibility of the winner. The entrant releases from and indemnifies the Promoter against all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of the entrant’s participation in the Promotion, or breach of these terms and conditions, including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
