ASO TICKET GIVEAWAY The Adelaide Symphony Orchestra will open its 2011 season with an alfresco performance in the Hills.
The natural amphitheatre of the Mt Lofty Botanic Gardens will be the venue for the concert on Saturday, January 29, from 6.30pm.
ASO Alfresco offers broad appeal with many popular classics on the program.
The light-hearted and familiar tunes are sure to get toes tapping.
Violin virtuoso Niki Vasilakis will be appearing in her first ASO performance in four years while charismatic conductor Benjamin Northey will return to the podium
It will be an evening of celebratory music paying homage to the bond the ASO has with the Hills community.
Why not pack a picnic and head to the Hills to enjoy some warm weather, garden surrounds and classical music.
