Terms and Conditions
The Competition
1. Become a Pines Website member between 3 January 2011 and 9.00pm 16 January 2011 to be eligible to win a $1,000 Back to School Package. Existing Pines Website members will be automatically included in the draw.
The Promoter
2. The promoter is The Pines Shopping Centre ACN 055 688 607 of PO Box 4100, Elanora, Qld 4221 (Promoter).
The Prize
3. 1 x $500 Pines Shopping Centre voucher and 1 x $500 Coles Myer voucher. (Prize. Unclaimed prize will be redrawn after a period of two weeks.)
How to Enter the Competition
4. Become a new Pines Website member between 3 January 2011 and 9.00pm 16 January 2011 to be eligible to win. Existing Pines Website members will be automatically included in the draw. (Promotional Period)
5. Each new member during the Promotional Period can enter only once and will be automatically entered upon joining the Pines Website Membership. Each existing member will automaitcally be entered only once.
Drawing and Delivery of Prize
6. The competition draw will be conducted at 10.00am on 17 January 2011.
7. The Winner will be notified on 17 January 2011 via email and/or telephone.
8. The winner must provide suitable identification to the promoters’ satisfaction to be entitled to claim the prize.
9. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for a variation in the value of the prizes.
10. The Promoter will use reasonable endeavours to notify the Prize Winner by telephone and mail or otherwise.
11. The Promoter is not publishing the results of the competition in any newspaper or any other media without permission from the winner.
12. The Promoter's decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into in relation to the conduct of the competition or otherwise.
13. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
Other General Terms and Conditions
14. The Promoter accepts no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage or injury whatsoever that may arise in any way from the use of the Prize. The Prize Winner must, on demand, indemnify and keep indemnified, the Promoter, its subsidiaries, employees, advisers and agents against all claims, losses, damages, costs and expenses reasonably or lawfully suffered or incurred by the Promoter by reason of any loss, damage or injury incurred by the Promoter arising out of this competition.
15. Under the Privacy Act the Promoter must tell you when it collects personal information about you and how it will use it. If you choose to enter or take part in this competition, you will be required to provide information about yourself.
16. The Promoter will collect and use the personal information you have provided for the purpose of carrying out this competition.
