Oresome Explorers is a great way to learn more about minerals and energy and go into the draw to win useful teaching resources for your classroom.
Simply use the hints and resources provided to answer a weekly question during Term 1,2011 email your answer to
education@qrc.org.au and go in the draw to win a package of great teaching resources related to the weekly topic.
Enter each week to increase your chance of winning! It’s easy and should only take a few minutes of your time!

Terms and Conditions
1.Each week, all correct responses to the weekly question will be entered into a draw to receive the weekly prize of teaching materials.
2.Information on how to enter the competition forms part of the competition conditions.
3.Competition entry is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
4.Prizes: There are twelve (12) prizes in total for this competition. Each of the twelve (12) prize packages consists of a selection of teaching resources related to the topic that week.
5.The prizes are not exchangeable or transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Responsibility for distribution of the prizes remains with QRC.
6.The competition period: The competition opens at 4pm on Wednesday 19 January 2011 and closes at 3pm on Friday 15 April 2011.
7.How to enter: Entrants must email the response to weekly question to Emma (
education@qrc.org.au) by 2pm each Friday to be considered. Only one entry per person per week. If a person enters the competition more than once each week, all subsequent entries will be deemed to be invalid,
8.Eligibility: To be eligible to enter this competition, you must be a permanent resident of the State of Queensland.
9.Competition Draw: Winners will be randomly drawn by a QRC Officer at 3pm each Friday during the duration of the competition. Winners of the prizes will be the first eligible entry randomly drawn. The decision of that officer shall be conclusive and no correspondence will be entered into.
10.Winner Notification: The winners will be notified by email and their name and school will be published on [http://www.oresomeresources.com].
