and go in the draw to WIN a FREE service to the stallion of your choice from out standing stallions in
the 2011 breeding season ( breeding season being 1st September 2011 – 31st December 2011). Value
$2200.00 to $4950.00. Competition will be drawn at 7.00pm on Thursday the 7th of July 2011 at
Panthers Leagues Club, 132 Piper St, Bathurst, New South Wales.
The winner will be notified via their supplied email address and winner’s name will be published on
the home page on our website www.winningcoloursfarm.com.au


Terms & Conditions of Entry
• Competition commences Wednesday 7th of July 2010 and closes midnight Tuesday 5th of July 2011.
• All terms and conditions as per our Stallion Service Contract, Agistment Agreement and Mare Application will be in effect, with
the exemption of the service fee costs (agistment and vetting at standard Stud rates). Forms will be required to be filled in and
signed off on as per a normal service agreement. Forms can be obtained by emailing info@winningcoloursfarm.com.au .
• One entry per person
• Minimum age of participant to be 16 years
• Mare covered must be registered to and/or owned by the winner of the competition. Proof of ownership documentation or a
Statutory Declaration declaring ownership may be required.
• Mare to be under 16 years of age and of good type. WINNING COLOURS FARM in their absolute discretion may refuse to
cover the mare if she is deemed to be of poor conformation or temperament.
• Prize may not be transferred, sold or exchanged.
• Live cover only
• Mare must be delivered to WINNING COLOURS FARM by 1st October 2011
• If the Mare does not show a positive pregnancy test after being covered by the stallion (while trying over three separate estrus
cycles) WINNING COLOURS FARM will be deemed to have filled its obligations in relation to this competition
