Terms & Conditions of competitions

Sign up to our regular eNews and go into the draw to win a HoneyHoney 'Brat Pack'.

1. The competition is open to anyone who enters in accordance with these terms and conditions.

2. The competition commences on 9th January 2011 and concludes on 6th February 2011 at midnight AEST.

3. To enter the competition, an eligible participant must subscribe to the www.honeyhoney.com.au eNews and/or forward the HoneyHoney enews to a friend via the 'forward to a friend' link. The competition has two categories: Subscribe; and Forward. There are certain criteria to be followed and achieved in order win. The prize is one (1) handbag.

4. The total prize value is AUD658.90 – comprising one (1) HoneyHoney 'Brat Pack' from www.honeyhoney.com.au The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

5. The Winner will be decided by chance through a random draw of those who have entered during the competition period and in accordance with the competition terms and conditions; the draw will be undertaken not more than twenty-one (21) days after the end of the competition. The winner must be a current subscriber to the www.honeyhoney.com.au eNews. The winner will be notified by email; the winner has thirty (30) days in which to claim their prize by replying to the email notification with a shipping address within Australia to which the prize can be sent. In the case of there being no winner, no prize will be awarded.
