1. Information on how to enter form part of these conditions. Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Entry is only open to NSW residents. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter the promotion.
3. The period for entry into the promotion commences at 09.01am AEST January 3 and closes 4.59pm AEST January 11.
4. To enter, log on to your participating local Cumberland Courier Newspaper website, follow the prompts and tell us in 25 words or less who your favourite Chuggington character is and why. Also enter your valid name, address, email address and daytime phone number OR write your answer and your valid name, address, email address and telephone number on the back of an envelope and send to ‘Chuggington’ competition, PO BOX 662, Parramatta CBD DC, NSW 2124.
One entry per person only.5. Prize is a Chuggington DVD and book prize pack worth $99.75 AUD only each. Ten (10) prizes to be won in total.
6. The competition will be drawn at 12pm AEST January 12.
7. This is a promotion based on skill, with 10 winners picked based on humour, creativity and originality of their answer. Winners will be notified by mail. The judge’s decision is final.

9. The total prize pool for this promotion is maximum $997.50 AUD only.
10. Any additional expense incurred as a result of winning this prize is the responsibility of the winner,

If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
