2. Eligibility for inclusion in this competition is open to all persons who hold
a financial RACT ROADSIDE ULTIMATE or RACT ROADSIDE
ADVANTAGE membership as at 5.00pm, 18th March 2011 will
automatically go in the draw, with the following exceptions.

the promoter and its related bodies corporate and the immediate families

5. The prize is a 2010 Mazda 3 Neo manual hatch valued at $21,990 drive
away (this includes 12 months registration, CTP insurance, Stamp Duty
and Dealer Delivery The colour of the vehicle is subject to availability.
The car will be manufactured in either 2010 or 2011. Prize value is as of
December 2010 not including discounts or special promotions.
6. The draw for the prize will take place at RACT, Cnr Murray & Patrick Sts,
Hobart on Monday 21st March 2011 at 10.00am. The first entry drawn
that fulfils the competition entry criteria will win the prize.
7. The prize winner will be notified by telephone and mail and published in
the Public Notices section of the Mercury newspaper within one week, on
ract.com.au and in the following edition of Motor News Journeys.
8. The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or taken as
cash.
9. The promoter’s decision is final and binding, and no correspondence will
be entered into.
10. The promoter and its related bodies corporate make no warranties and
accept no liability in relation to the vehicle that forms the prize, including
in relation to its condition or fitness for any purpose. All warranty claims
