Quicksilver Women's Terms & Conditions1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees (*& their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
3. To enter individuals must during the promotional period visit
www.adoremidori.com follow the prompts to the competition entry page, input the requested details including their full name, date of birth, gender, email address and phone number and opt-in to receive future communication from the Promoter, submit the fully completed entry form.
4. The Promoter reserves the right, at anytime, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrants identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
5. Multiple entries permitted subject to each entry being submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.
6. Promotion commences on 1st January 2011. Entries close on 31st January 2011. All times will be based on Sydney local time. The draw will take place at the Shop Australia, 71 Balfour St, Chippendale NSW 2008 on the 7 Feb 2011 at 10am AEST. Winners will be notified by email. Winners names (of prizes valued at over $250) will be published in The Australian within 14 days of the draw date. The Promoters decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. There will be 4 winners drawn, each winner will be awarded with 2 x Quicksilver Women's voucher valued at RRP $250.
8. If any prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
9. Total prize pool is $1000. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
10. In the event that a prize remains unclaimed 3 months after the original draw, the Promoter will conduct an unclaimed prize draw at the same place as the original draw on 15th May 2011 at 10am AEST to award the prize. In the case of any winners (of prizes valued at over $250), their names will be published in the Australian within 14 days of the unclaimed prize draw date.
11. The Promoter encourages consumers to drink respo0nsibly. Legal aged consumers are advised to consider the safe drinking levels recommended in the National Health & Medial Research Council Australian Alcohol Guidelines that are available at
www.nhmrc.gov.au. Entry and continued participation in this promotion is subject to the licensees liquor serving policy.
12. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion as appropriate.
13. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury, or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoters control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference: (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) used of a prize.
14. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
