Terms of the Competition


    * Presented below is the information on how to enter the competition (Permit Number LTPS/11/00053).
    * Your participation in this promotion is considered acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
    * Entry is only open to Australian residents.
    * Incomplete, indecipherable or incorrect registrations will be deemed invalid.
    * Current competition starts 9am EAST on 5 January 2011 and ends at 11:59pm on 30 June 2011.
    * Each entrant is permitted only one registration and entry in this online competition.
    * Each entrant will be uniquely identified by the email address used for registration. Multiple entries from a single entrant based on the same or differing email address will not be permitted.
    * If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, Daily Bonanza reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
    * Winners will be notified using the contact details provided in their entry in the competition. The winning name will be published on the Daily Bonanza website on 14th July 2011.
    * There is one prize of $500 AUD to be won.
    * In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster, Daily Bonanza reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
    * If a winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner\'s nominated parent or guardian.
    * Total prize pool value is $500
    * The prize, or any part of a prize, is not transferable or exchangeable.
    * Any unclaimed prizes (within 21 days of notification) will be awarded to the next drawn entrant. The winner will also be contacted using the contact details provided in their entry and their name will also be published on the website.
    * Daily Bonanza reserves the right, at any time, to verify entries and their validity and entrants (including an entrant\'s identity, age and address) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who attempts to tamper with the entry process. Failure by Daily Bonanza to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
    * Entrants consent to Daily Bonanza using the entrant\'s name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by Daily Bonanza.
    * If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Daily Bonanza, Daily Bonanza reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law to disqualify any entrant or to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
    * Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant\'s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.

Entry is conditional on providing this information.
